They were able to get a service tech out the same afternoon that Air Control out of Lowell was unable to because Air Control couldn't keep track of their appointments. The tech had to order a part, but it arrived the next business day and Bud Anderson's tech was able to install it the following morning. I was very pleased with the service and follow-up provided by Bud Anderson's team. I would rely on them in the future.

They arrived at the appointed time. Did an efficient change-out of old to new. The only problem was dust generated when a return air duct opening in the wall was enlarged. This could have been avoided or lessened by the proper use of a vacuum.

Employee arrived early, which was great. Job-replacing sink strainers in kitchen sink- took only about 45 min, start to finish.

A/C leak is flooding my garage. Bud came out, inspected it, found no problems but my garage is still flooding. Waste of time, effort, and money. They did offer to come reinspect but why repeat what you have already done?

I feel the price was quite high but was not in a position to spend a lot of time checking around. That being said, I still would have been satisfied except I'm still waiting for the job to be completed. They installed the new system on 6/14 but the new duct work remains undone. They do call and tell me I'm on the list, but the fact remains they cashed my check and haven't finished the job.

Stacey was an awesome repair guy. Told us what was wrong and he had the part on his truck.
