I bought a new HVAC system 5 months ago and have had nothing but trouble from it. They keep sending techs out who think they have solved the problem but problems continue. Very frustrating. I believe I have a lemonâ ¦stay tuned.

Quick, Easy Process

Called service and got a quote of $79.00 all inclusive; we had already purchased parts at Lowes. When the plumber came he stated the cost would be around $850.00 before tax and any long-term warranty. This was to change a Kitchen faucet only; When I hit the roof over the cost, it was lowered to around 450. This is clear and obvious bait and switch; attempting to hold older Individuals hostage hoping for them to just "accept" a ridiculous rate of nearly $800 per hour! When Pressed, the individual informed me it was not acutaly Bud Anderson any longer; instead had been bought by another company who "replaced the rates." While I can not hold the plumber at fault; this is clearly a lie; with a side of upselling.

Great customer service and ended up signing a service contract to help with any additional servicing needs.
