Seemed knowledgeable and appeared to check everything. Punched hole in sheet metal outlet for thermometer and did not reseal. This may not be a problem but seemed weird to me.

I bit pricey, but was willing to pay as he was fast and knowledgable about what the problem was. Had it fixed in a matter of less then 10 min. Would definitely hire again for other projects that I can't do myself.

This company is awesome I have used them for plumbing, electrical, and we bought a new HVCA from them have used them a lot they have never disappointed me.

After getting bids from 2 other electricians I chose Bud Anderson. Will was the most knowledgeable and professional of the electricians and had the best price, didn't focus on selling extras. I'll use Bud Anderson for all electrical issues, plus they do HVAC too.

Came out to clean our dryer vent on the same day I called. Great service with great people!

I was told Bud Anderson bought B&B Heating in Bentonville, AR and the would honor all existing warranty contacts. Before going with Bud Anderson I had this confirmed by Bud Anderson, verbally and not in writing, shame on me. I signed a year service maintenance contract with BA and had a spring and fall checkup. Last night 1/2/18 the furnace stopped @ about 2AM called BA at 6AM was told someone would call me right back, got a call at 7:30 saying someone would call after 8 and was called at 8:45 and they could only tell me someone would be out some time today. I said the temp in the house is 51 Degrees, they answser was someone will be out today. Servicee tech arrive about 2:30. Problem was diagnosed with frozen condensation line. The tech was going to unthaw the pipe with a 2 qt bottle of hot water from my facet. I suggested a hair dryer and ask for a extensive cord, which he didn't have. I supplied the hair dryer and extension cord which was needed to unthaw the pipe. Was told the drain line needed a heat wrap and ask why wasn't that done on the last service call. Was told it never gets that cold down here, it was 1 degrees yesterday morning..DUH! Servcie tech went to his truck for 25 min or more to discuss with BA. I told him to ask about the extented warrenty. He finally came inside with the bill and said the heat wrap would be over $350 if they did. He told me the absolute opposite that was told earlier about the extented warranty from York (Johnson Controls) He said BA did not buy B&B, they only bought their client list and would not honor any contacts that originated from B&B. I have heard other horror stories about BA but felt obligated to go with them by being told they would honor all contracted by B&B..WRONG!!! Lesson learned never beleive anything BA tells you. Needless to say they will never get another cent from me.

This company acted promptly in an emergency situation, i.e., the furnace stopped working in sub-freezing temperatures. Not only did the Bud Anderson tech arrive quickly, he explained exactly what was wrong with the furnace and what he had to do to fix it--then he fixed it. He first did a diagnostic then went to the reason for the failure of the furnace to work. He was professional and had all the necessary tools with him to fix the furnace. I will call Bud Anderson from now on with any furnace problems.

The technician was great and he cleaned up any mess and helped put out the garbage for collection, unasked. How can you not love him?
