David Nichols, the technician who handled the repair, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and most pleasant. This company has helped me out before and do a great job.

We appreciate the emails we got telling us who was coming. Each service person was clean, polite and knowledge about what was wrong with our system. We opted for a new one . After a minor glitch with the new system it was fixed the next day and so far is running as it should.

We called early on Friday morning due to our AC overheated, Edgar came to my house Friday afternoon and within an hour had the problem analyzed and repaired. He called and gave me several choices and we selected his suggestions and when we got home on Saturday, our house was pleasantly cool. Thank you Edgar!

Excessive cost for service performed. I provided parts, took 25 minutes or so and charged me $315.00. Never use them again as they charged me for a full facet installation when only replacing a part I provided. Service man was excellent, just excessive charges per policy.

$1,400.00 for them to dig a 2ft hole, but the line put on a couple and fill the hole back in. Wont use them for plumbing.

The repair man showed up he said he would, notified me of his findings, worked efficiently and explained the charges thoroughly.

Friendly, showed up on time... then completely ripped me off. They did their thing (maybe here 30min max) only to tell me to call someone else bc they cannot work on train units. Then charged me $215.11. When I got a hold of co that works on trains I learned I was screwed by both co that i had come out. Anyone except them coming out bc people have to take certain classes to even be able to read the codes for train units. The guy should have said we can not work on this we do not know anything about these units other than to put coolent in... they also put the wrong valve covers on my unit which cause unit to leak coolent.
