They were very good and they were able to work us in. It wasn't an emergency but they were able to come early which was good. We were pleased with them. Their prices are competitive.

I found a sink and faucet style I liked on the internet. Russell and LeMay ordered the parts, delivered and installed everything except the towel rack and paper holder. The price was what they quoted. The workman was on time, neat and professional. Installation took a few hours. I was very pleased with their work.

The water heater became faulty on the weekend. Russell and Lemay replaced it on a weekend day. The price included installation and copper fittings. They were upfront in stating it would be more economical to purchase the water heater elsewhere rather than from them directly. Therefore, we purchased the water heater on our own. I felt it was a fair price considering the circumstances of working on the weekend. The warranty for the actual water heater is covered through the manufacturer and retailer. If the installation of the water heater was determined to be faulty within 1 year, Russell and Lemay would resolve the problem. They are an extremely professional company.

The replacement went very smoothly. The plumber worked quickly and was very conscientious about cleaning up.

Russell and Laymay Heating and Air Conditioning sent their workers out the day I called them and were very nice men who arrived on time. The workers pulled and removed all the old pipes because of a bad leak and replaced them with new copper pipes. The work was well done and they did a wonderful job with the clean-up.

This company was hired for previous work. They have always done a good job. This time however the repair caused a leak in some of the piping, and the water meter is still inaccurate. After a few trips to our house, the problem still existed and we had to call someone else. We would not have done this if they had at least given our money back and continued to try. Neither of those things occurred, so we will no longer contact them for plumbing service.

It only took him fifteen minutes to do the job but he did well. He was very nice, personable on time and didn t leave any mess. The company has a very good reputation and has been in business for along time. He was easy to work with. I would highly recommend him.

Russell and Lemay Heating and Air Conditioning made me unhappy with them. I didn't like the way they installed the drain off from my air conditioner. They ignored my concern and complaint. I also had trouble with the thermostat, so they sent a guy to look at it. He tried to charge me even though it was under warranty.

He did a good job calling me back, and giving me a time and day that he could be out here. He showed up at the time scheduled. I didn t know what was wrong with it, but he located the problem quickly. He was very educated in his line of work. He was neat and very clean.

I have been using Russel and LeMay Plumbing and Heating for years. They do an excellent job. They are always right there when you need them. I would recommend them to other people, and will continue using them myself.

Russell and LeMay Plumbing did a wonderful job. We couldn't have been more pleased. They were fast and efficient. They had the old unit out and a new one put in and running in just a couple of days. They were really Johnny on the spot. They hauled away the old unit which was included in the price. They gave us a better quote than any where else.

We have used them for several years. For one price they service the furnace in the fall. Then they come back in the spring for the air conditioner. In between you also get one full hour of service if you have problem. I don't remember what the charge is, but overall we have been pleased.
