I was contacted super quickly after I submitted my home advisor request. After just a few minutes on the phone with Mr. McKenzie, I felt comfortable hiring his company. they showed up the next day as promised and quickly diagnosed and fixed our sprinkler issue.

Mr. McKenzie did not show up at the agreed upon time. I had to call him and then he came an hour or so after I called. All we needed was for him to turn on the water and check to see that all zones were working - which he did. He was at our home less than 30 minutes and charged us $95.

Knew exactly what he needed to do the repair the leak in the sprinkler system and repaired it quickly and efficiently.

I hope this is right... I clicked the mouse and I think it was on I'm not doing this project... The first one home Advisor had call me, they called almost instantly. Talked good, that was the last I heard from them. Mr. McKenzie called a few minutes later; He was well spoken, let me tell him my problem, and then said he could be here in 2 hours. He came out, walked the yard, as I told him my problems, quoting prices on different items, and same when we got to the back yard. He said he could have a crew there the next day, if I wanted. About 10:00am 7/12, the next day, two very friendly, knowledgeable polite guys showed up. I showed them the exact spots/items that need replacing, adjusting or fixing. They were done in about 3.5 hours and my sprinkler was working as good as or better than it did when I had it installed 15 years ago. Iâ ll keep Mr MKenzie in my phone book.. I think Iâ ll have them close for the winter and open next spring.

we have a big job and they've had to come back a time or two to finish some of the area that is not in the direct lines of vision. they were shown what we wanted to have done in the beginning. having to repeatedly show what has yet to be done is a bit frustrating. don't get me wrong. were are very please with what's been done so far. Many times better than the company we used for the last several years. We will ask McKenzie to do our spring mulching and clean up next year, for sure. Responded quickly and manpower was outstanding. our landscaping has never looked better.

They brought the wrong product first of all. I ordered pea gravel and got filler rock. Didn t know this until he dumped it in my yard and left. He tried to drive his truck into my backyard and got stuck. As a professional, he should have known that he shouldn t drive his heavy duty dump truck into a residential yard. My yard is rutted out to the point I m going to have to fill it in and order sod. I gave them the dimensions of my project and they completely oversold me. I wouldn t recommend them..

Quick service, Just what you need and when.

Crew skimped on amount of sod installed, neglecting to cover about 10 adjacent areas of extremely thin grass coverage. Omission became evident afterwards.

Make sure there are no shortcuts, his customer service is not bad, he is a very friendly personable person. However i had to stay on top of him to make sure this job was done, i was dissapointed to see how his performance was after seeing his reputation.

Very nice and honest men did a super job.
