I am very pleased

Luis gave the best bid (of 3) and was very prompt at agreed on times. He was concerned about the little dogwood treee as well. His brother led the 3 man team that arrived Saturday morning @ 8 and immediately tied up the dogwood and covered it with a large plastic bag. The tree being removed had three 40' trunks. It was methodically sawed in small pieces and loaded on a trailer for removal. The workmen talked among themselves and sang and whistled as they worked. I heard no arguments. Their expertise was quickly noticeable for no time was lost or wasteful movements by the man up in the tree or those on the ground. They took one 10 minutes break and finished by 11:30. When they were finished they unwrapped the small dogwood and it suffered one broken leaf and no other damage. They cleaned up even the smallest branches and the sawdust. When they left the walkways, flower beds and deck looked better than when they arrived. No damage to any part of the yard. THESE GUYS ARE PROFESSIONALS FROM THE GET-GO - A JOY TO WATCH. Incidentally two neighbors hired them to do tree work while they were on our street. They left the neighborhood about 4 p.m. and all of us were very pleased.

The day before arrival, Mr. Sanchez called to confirm and since this was a big job, involving six of his workers, they asked to start at 7:30. They were at our house on the dot and immediately began organizing amongst themselves. Within 15 minutes, the sawing began. My husband and I were rather spellbound watching the flurry of activity as two "tree slayers" (that's what we called the guys who scale the trees to the top and cut out the branches) worked with their other two fellows to rope and move each branch to the ground. So there were two teams that worked the trees. These guys were all extremely courteous and unbelievably respectful of our property. Not one single limb fell unaided nor in any area other than where they planned for it to land. Instead of hauling the trees off our property (we have a small ravine at the edge of our property), they moved everything down to that designated location - making certain they were exactly where we asked them to be. This saved us some money - not having a disposal fee for the felled trees. We were beyond extremely impressed with Luis' team. They arrived promptly at 7:30, began working right away, and were there until the job was completed, just after 5:30. They took exactly one short lunch break (did not seem to be even half an hour), they picked up all their trash, and this might be the most startling thing of all: NEVER ONCE did we observe any worker just standing around. Never once was anyone yakking on a cell phone. Not once did we see someone smoking. These guys worked and worked and worked the entire day and before they left, they picked up and tidied the whole yard - literally they took a leaf blower and made sure all the pine cones were disposed of as well. Additionally, our yard is landscaped and not one bush nor plant was harmed. This alone was simply amazing to me as we've had a variety of workers out for different things and this is the only team who was so very respectful of our yard and property. I will add that I elected to put out cookies and bottled water and fruit for these guys in addition to the lunches they brought. They ate everything and were extremely grateful and thanked us repeatedly. I've never worked with such a gracious team and I tend to always put "snacks" and water out for any big job. We not only will refer Luis', we will unquestionably have them out again.

Provided detailed quote for work requested. Made appointment for the work to be performed. Arrived promptly and worked at the job for most of the day. left stump cut very close to ground (didn't need grinding) and cleaned up all the debris left from the work. Very well organized and efficient. Work crew was four (4) men.

I was very pleased with the entire process. The estimate was done quickly and the final cost matched the estimate. The crew was professional and very good at both cutting and debris removal. The pine tree was very tall and they dropped it between the house and the fence with no damage to either. They cleaned the yard after removing the debris. The entire experience was excellent.
