They worked like a well-oiled machine. A lot of work at a reasonable price. We had a slight miscommunication that would not have been an issue if I had been home the entire time they were working. Overall, they did a really good job.

Fantastic. They climb the trees, so that keeps the price lower. They completely transformed my backyard in a single afternoon, and they cleaned up really well.

Luis gave one of the most competitive bids. He did the work in less than one week from when he came by our house for the estimate. His crew was efficient and courteous. He did exactly what he said he would do including taking care of the Ominous gigantic limb without punching a hole in my roof, and at a lower price than the competition. The crew cleaned up everything that they cut down, and my property actually looked cleaner than before they came! I recommend Luis highly and would use them again in a heartbeat! Great job guys!

Luis was also very flexible and I was able to schedule him to do the work at the same time as a large deck rebuild occurred. Luis answered my request for an estimate within an hour of leaving a message. He was on time for the schedule hour for giving me an estimate for the work required. His crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time to begin the work and completed the job within five hours. The front yard was left clean of any debris. I would highly recommend them.

Very good work from these guys. i have used Luis on more than one occasion now and they do great work. Their price is always the lowest, so much I don't even shop around anymore and i just call Luis directly and negotiate a fair price. The first tree i had removed one of the guys accidentally dented one of my gutters when they were lowering a large limb. Luis's brother (Hector) was on the job and immediately fessed up and offered to replace a large section of gutter on their dime. They sent a gutter contractor out the next week and the gutter was replaced. it wasn't until after this did they request payment. Their process of tree removal is very safe and meticulous. i feel very safe with Luis's crew working on my property

The service was very good. They called me ahead of time to make sure they could come. They were time efficient. They also cleaned up all the debris from the trees after the work was completed.

I have a back yard full of Oak trees, approximately 16. A lot of them had dead branches and "suckers" so I contacted Luis for an estimate. After looking at them he said that only 11 would need any immediate work and we settled on the price, which was lower than most. His 5 man crew showed up yesterday and performed the work terrifically, cleaning up the rubbish and hauling it away. Luis came by in the afternoon to check out the work and we were both pleased. But he noticed one more tree that he felt needed to be trimmed so he sent his crew back this morning to finish it off, at no additional cost.

I have used Luis' Tree Service in the past and been very pleased with their service. I had a tree that was damaged by the ice storm and wanted to have it removed before the winter weather returned. Luis' came out and gave me an estimate and performed the job while I was at work within the week. The only way to tell they had been there was that the tree and branches were gone! They did a great job removing the damaged tree and pruning the others to hopefully help prevent any issues with limbs breaking once the ice and snow come. They hauled everything off and cleaned up the yard well. Thanks again!

Luis provided evaluation visit and cost estimate within 48 hours from my voice message on his answering machine. Estimate in line with other bids. Service provided according to description within 72 hours. Luis Sanchez has resounding knowledge of local trees and recommends type of pruning according to their growth rates. His crew did excellent job trimming off offending branches, leaving esthetic appearance to the trees - not like a hack and whack as done by another tree service I used in the past. Clean-up was exceptional. They showed up punctually, worked efficiently, and left. Easy as that. Luis did a walk-around inspection with me to ensure I was satisfied before I paid.

We have used Luis in the past and found them to be very reasonably priced and to offer great service. We asked him to give us an estimate on the cost of cutting down the brush and grinding up the stump. WE ASKED TO KNOW WHAT HE WOULD CHARGE BEFORE WE WOULD MAKE A DECISION TO PROCEED!! They came and cut down the brush with no estimate before doing the job, then they showed up and grinded the stump while we were at work WITH NO PRIOR ESTIMATE AND NO PRIOR APPROVAL TO DO EITHER JOB BASED ON NOT KNOWING THE COST! Had we known he would charge $450.00 we would not have gone ahead with the work. We would have told him we could not afford to do the work. I do not understand why they put us in this positon of doing the work without agreeing on the price in advance. I will not use them again.

The cost was quite reasonable and I was very satisfied with the service. I would recommend to these other people to use them.

Excellent in every way. This is my second time to use Luis in the past year. Previously he removed 2 large pine trees. Since I already had experienced Luis' quality service and reasonable price, I did not seek other quotations for this job. My next door neighbor was having new siding, windows, gutters, and a roof installed (Sideco did an excellent job) and was concerned about large limbs from my trees overhanging the new roof. Lujis came out promptly and on time and recommended trimming of 3 trees that had limbs overhanging both my house and the neighbors. I also decided to have a smaller oak tree removed from the end of my driveway and a big pine from my back yard. Stump grinding included on the oak. Luis' crew arrived promptly and began work right away. Rain was in the forecast and they were trying to get ahead of it. They worked fast and managed to get the trimming done and start on taking down the oak before the rain arrived and finished the oak in the rein. They came back in 2 days to complete the job. As expected from my previous experience, everything was completed quickly and professionally including cleaning up everything when complete, even using a leaf blower to dispose of sawdust and wood chips.When Luis' came by to pick up his check, he pointed out thet one of his trucks had put a rut in my yard that I had not noticed. This was due to my driveway being narrow and steep, making it very difficult to manuever a truck and trailer to the work area. He said he would take care of it and in a couple of days I noticed some new sod had bben laid in the area. Once again, Luis has provided great service and a reasonable price. I highly recommend him.

I had 4 bids and Luis was the lowest by at least $1k. In addition, he was the most responsive, punctual, and polite of all 4 bidders. He was easy to reach by text or phone, and he responded quickly either way. The guys were nice and worked very hard, fast, and safely. I will use him again for rental property. Thanks.

They arrived right on time and began work immediately. Luis was there supervising every step of the way. He was so good to keep me in the loop as to their actions ~ explaining any changes they needed to make for the health of the trees, as well as asking my opinion when there were any questions. This wasn't just a "chop job", yet they were still done and had the yard all cleaned up within about 4 hours. We opted to have the city pick up the limbs/brush to save a little money, and they cut and stacked everything exactly where we wanted. We were very pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and overall great job they performed. The trees are trimmed back from the house and shed, but still have their nice shape. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.

The work was done quickly and I could not have asked for a better job. Save some time and just hire Luis and his crew. He will give you a detailed and very reasonable price quote, be prompt, and the men on his crews are very polite. The clean-up they did was impressive.

He was totally successful. The three trees had matted roots and he ground not only the stump, but the roots. He left the area cleaner than when he arrived. I highly recommend him.

Just bought a home in NLR. Hired Luis's Tree Service to clean out a lot of deadwood in 6 trees, cut all of the very low growing branches from those same trees, trim a neighbors tree back from my roof, and grind out a stump. The crew showed up early and got right to work. It was impressive to watch them work and the cleanup left the yard looking better than when they arrived. Very satisfied overall. Just be prepared to wait a couple of weeks during the summer, as they are very busy this time of year.
