GIRAFFE TREE SERVICE

Description of Work: Giraffe took down three of my trees and trimmed and cleaned out the rest on the property. They did not arrive on time, and the dispatcher apparently does not keep the crews updated throughout the day on any new messages from the customer. But when they got there, they made quick work of the project. they did not leave a loose leaf or branch on the property, and raked out all fo the debris. They even offered to put the stump grindings into a container for me. The crew was professional. I did have to remind them to grind the stumps, which I ordered and paid for but was not on the work order. But in all, I was very satisfied. I paid more than you would pay for a wandering crew that happens by your yard. But these guys brought all kinds of top-notch equipment and were insured. That is very important. And, they have a certified arborist who knows his trees. I would not hesitate to hire Giraffe again. It was a good decision.
