Description of Work: I was very happy with the services performed. There was a little confusion on billing as I was using an offer from Angie's List that the person I spoke to was unaware of, but we got that all straight. I would highly recommend Desert Rose for your carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: My overall experience was good. To sell a house I needed to clean the carpets. The last occupant had a dog and there were pet stains. I was warned ahead of time they may not all come out and they did not, but the carpet looks and smells much better now. The owner was very upfront and descriptive about the process and anticipated results. Everyone was very professional in their interactions. Good experience.

I contacted the provided and scheduled carpet cleaning for the very next day, which was very helpful to me given my time constraints. The arrived on time and as we discussed what I needed done, I was informed that I could get a cheaper deal than I had anticipated. The began work immediately and finished a "4 room" area in about an hour. I'm a happy customer.

guys showed up promptly. finished 2 rooms in 30 minutes but left lots of water. went and got my Hoover steam cleaner and re-did the two rooms they'd done and it did a better job - cleaner and drier. saw they guys dumping their waste tank down a storm drain next to my house after they left which i am pretty sure is not legal.

The company arrived when they said they would. The representative was professional and explained everything in advance, including a price for all of the cleaning. He was also honest with me about items that would not clean well, like silk curtains. The worked quickly but efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and we very friendly.
Description of Work: I had a glider (chair) and ottoman cleaned. Also had spots removed from carpeting and area rugs.
