I have used Desert Rose in the past with good results. This time, I had poor results. They did not get my carpet clean. It took me a while to reach the service manager, as she had been out sick. The owner also reached out to me. I had a different employee re-clean my carpet. It turned out beautiful, just like the first time. They went above and beyond to provide excellent cleaning service. Would I recommend their cleaning service? Yes, with full confidence.

I haven’t used this business, but I HAVE been completely cutoff from reaching my home due to their cleaning van blocking an entire neighborhood road in a fairly unsafe spot at that. If my jeep hadn’t been able to make it over curbs to get around, police would have been called.

My husband and I have reached the age and point in our health that trying to clean our own carpets are just to hard on us. Used Desert Rose for the first time and I am very impressed with their work. The pet stains are gone and the carpets smell great. Will use them again and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I most concerned about the spilled wine (wine spot), when the technicians saw the damage, I was advised that there may be a small color change left in the carpeting due to the dye in the wine. The technician was correct, but the carpeting looked much better than my attempt to remove the spot.
