I actually was disappointed
Description of Work: I only wanted and needed my drain unclogged which shouldn’t have cost no more than 200.00 but I received an estimate of almost 600.00 which is ridiculous. I had new pipes put on inside and out which cost 875.00. This is excessive and they should focus on and give customers what they ask for instead of bleeding them dry even the trip charge is high. I wouldn’t recommend

Description of Work: They fixed a valve in my shower that was causing the handle not to stop properly and leaking even after the leaking had stopped, would begin again. Cutoff the gas connection behind my dryer (we bought an electric one) so we could move the dryer back into position.

Description of Work: Installed dishwasher. Nice guy, but not a plumber which is what Home Depot guys said I needed. Pricing sketchy. They charge for all traveling time even if to leave and pick up parts. I now have my old dishwasher in the garage to dispose of. Technician very good representive of the company and professional. He pointed out that I needed to have my hot water heater updated, and I do. Even showed me how to turn it to vacation when leaving for a few days.

Description of Work: Heater ignition coil went out in the morning. By mid afternoon Bob was there to fix it. Very professional and helpful. Went above and beyond after fixing the ignitor to inspect the furnace. Then made suggestions to improve the house's efficiency and made a few other quick fixes. Didn't overcharge for parts at all ($20). Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Had a corner shelf installed to put a 36' TV on in my bedroom. The shelfing was not anchored properly and has since fallen apart. I am very disappointed due to the cost of the self and the fact that it did not hold up. I had to take it apart after several attempts of repair.

Description of Work: We had a substantial leak in our garage ceiling we had been told was an a/c problem, so we had Bert Black's a/c person come out only to find it was not a/c related but not an easy find. They sent a master plumber who did indeed find the problem which will not cost us a fortune to fix. There was no destruction inside the house. Just a hole in the garage ceiling which the first plumber put there and will be fixed in a few weeks. Awesome service.

Bert Black did a good job repairing everything that needed to be fixed. I had previous company that had installed it not correctly. Black was able to take the whole thing out, and reinstall it in no time at all. I am very happy and will definitely be using them again for my plumbing needs. I believe they do A/C as well.
