Came on time, communicated well cleaned up everything after project. Recalled him to replace fridge ice maker, change filter and also installed parts on an auto firing hobby kiln. Was fast and has a great deal of knowledge that he will share if you ask.

I called him and he suggested that I unplug the washer for five minutes and call him back if that didn't work. Although, it did work and I saved the service call charge, I have mixed feelings about his method.
