NEA Pro Clean, LLC is a licensed, bonded and insured company. Formerly known as Northeast Arkansas Cleaning Service, we have been serving the residents of Northeast Arkansas since 2004. Our goal is to provide honest, reliable and hard working cleaners for your cleaning needs. We do a background check on all cleaners and references are thoroughly checked. Our employees also sign a confidentiality agreement with our cleaning service. When beginning with our cleaning service you are assigned a personal cleaner. Your cleaner will be given specific instructions regarding your home and your personal likes and dislikes. We tailor our cleaning service to your specific needs. We offer a 100% guarantee on our cleaning. If you are unhappy with the cleaning we will return and re-clean it. We offer free estimates and will answer any questions and address any concerns that you might have during the estimate. We offer, weekly, bi-weekly and one-time service.

Not very well
Description of Work: I was looking for a house cleaning service for my mother in Paragould, AR and when I read the review on R&B I thought I had found one. I had her to call and make arrangements to meet with them. They were to call her back to set a time on the following Monday. When they hadn't called by noon she called them and got an answering machine and left a message. She called two more times on Tuesday and left Messages. It is now thursday and still have not heard from them. Needless to say we are still looking. We were very unhappy with their Professionalism. Ken

The phone number that was copied down when speaking to the member was incorrect. When we called the number given the person who answered told us that we had the wrong number. The member called many times over the weekend end and left numerous messages, but as our machine states, we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Each time that the member called back on Monday and Tuesday we were on another line assisting other customers. The member did leave messages but she did not leave her phone number so we were unable to return her call.
