NEA Pro Clean, LLC is a licensed, bonded and insured company. Formerly known as Northeast Arkansas Cleaning Service, we have been serving the residents of Northeast Arkansas since 2004. Our goal is to provide honest, reliable and hard working cleaners for your cleaning needs. We do a background check on all cleaners and references are thoroughly checked. Our employees also sign a confidentiality agreement with our cleaning service. When beginning with our cleaning service you are assigned a personal cleaner. Your cleaner will be given specific instructions regarding your home and your personal likes and dislikes. We tailor our cleaning service to your specific needs. We offer a 100% guarantee on our cleaning. If you are unhappy with the cleaning we will return and re-clean it. We offer free estimates and will answer any questions and address any concerns that you might have during the estimate. We offer, weekly, bi-weekly and one-time service.

Description of Work: The cleaners were very professional and tried to do their best with what they had but the company itself was disappointing. After scheduling a day for the work, they contacted me to say that they were not prepared for second floor windows and had to reschedule. when it came time for the work to be done, they contacted me again that the service I paid for did not include second floor windows so they couldn't do the upstairs windows in my house. In summary, don't contact this company if you have a 2 storey house.

Second story windows require more time, equipment and manpower, so these are not included in our special promotion. I am sorry for any confusion this caused.

Mr.. and Mrs. Higginbotham were hired to clean the bathrooms in a home that we had recently purchased. They were punctual and friendly. The bathrooms were cleaned thoroughly, this included 2 jetted tubs and a large shower, all sinks, toilets, floors and walls. After completing the bathrooms they had time left over and asked if I had any other tasks, I requested the cleaning of the floors. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the service and professionalism of the team and I highly recommend utilizing their services.
Description of Work: Mr. and Mrs. Higginbotham cleaned 2 full bathrooms and one lhalf bathroom. The laminate floors in the entryway and in the dining room.

It went fairly well, except when the came in comments were made about and quot;how clean the house lookedand quot; and I think this caused them to get off track of paying attention to doing a real good cleaning job. Several areas missed. The company itself was very professional in setting things up. I should have called them back but did not get around to it.

However, we absolutely have to be made aware of it. We were not given the opportunity to make this right with you, which is unfortunate. The certificate that was purchased was for a set amount of time. Sometimes, it simply is not possible to complete every task requested within a small window of time, though we try our very best to. Description of Work: I am very impressed and happy with the cleaning I have been receiving. I needed a lot of help due to working and not being able to be home as much. Rebecca and her staff went out of their way to help me and make sure everything was just right. They were on time, did what they said they would do and took good care of my home. Anytime I need anything done like my laundry or organizing, I just called Rebecca and she has arranged it for me. I'm glad I was able to find a cleaning service that has be honest and hard working. I like the fact that they are a professional company that is bonded. I've had issues with their cleaning people at times but the owner has taken care of it. They also wash windows and do an excellent job with that.

Rebecca called and told me who my housecleaner would be and stressed to call her if anything did not meet my expectations. Christina arrived, and we went over the details and cleaning products. Then she asked me to check each room to make sure it was OK. I will be using her every other week. I recommend this service and Christina.
Description of Work: Rebecca Brown has been extremely professional and concerned about my individual needs. We met, and she looked at my home and gave me a estimate. She later sent a contract and called to talk about what I might need in addition to the services listed. Christina was my housecleaner, and she is a very nice and pleasant person who did a great job. I am recovering from major surgery and have been unable to clean, so the house really needed a thorough cleaning.
