I found them on Angie's List. It was a reasonable price. They were a lot of help to me. I am new to a sprinkler system; I have never had one before. He went beyond. They are very personable and the plumber who came out was very nice. He was very willing to help and was informative. With regard to price, I felt comfortable paying them.

It''s late Thursday morning, company coming on Friday. Late mornng the water meter reader rings doorbell to tell us that we used 45,000 gallons of water since last reading!! And meter was spinning rapidly without slowing down. That's enough water to fill a good sized swimming pool with water left over! Normal reading around 8000 gallons. rr Checked our two hot water heaters - the oldest (20 years plus) had split a seam and was gushing hot water into the crawl space. Shut water and power off and checked Angie's List for good plumber. Top of the list is Benjamin Franklin on Airport Road iin Hot Springs (Arkansas). Called, lady answered, asked how tall the water heater was, and said someone would be here between 2 and 4 pm. At 1:50 pm, ten minutes early, in drives Nick Cain, plumber, complete with a replacement water heater. He took the old one out, put the new one in, and we were back in business before 4 pm. Now that's service! Professional, pleasant, and 'customer comes first' attitude! Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin (though Nick didn't look anything like good Ol' Ben!)

They show up when they supposed to do and did the service and took care of the problem and that was it.

Reed was on time, performed work in reasonable time.

They were called in advance and did show up as promised. They were very professinal and completed the task in a timely fashon. We did not have any problems after the toilets were installed.

They seem very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were nice people.

I new needed a new septic tank pump. After going on "Angies List", I choose "Benjamin Franklin Plumbing", because they were local and offered a coupon, and a senior discount. A Mr. Reed Clark arrived and gave me 2 estimates for the work requested. After I made my choice, he informed me that because he would be busy the following day, that he could do the job right away, if that was o.k. with me. I said yes. He left to pick up a helper and the parts he would need and returned within 1 hour. With the weather being cold and rainy, they set up a canopy and went right to work.They replaced the pump and put in a wood post to attach a new electrical weather proof box for future use. From start to finish, they were done with the job in less than 4 hours.I was very impressed with the work , there expertise, and efficiancy. I will recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. The first time they came out the filter was defective so they had to come out a second time as aqua pure sent a new part to fix. They are very kind, courteous, expedient, and clean.

They were on time, and delivered a quality service -- prompt, courteous, professional and proficient.

They were on time and professional. Questioned me extensively regarding the problem before assessing the situation. Gave me an accurate estimate. Performed the work in a highly professional manner; even explaining to me what particular steps they were taking. Very pleased and will call them again when needed.

I had a major hot water heater leak. Nick from the Ben Franklin Company came out right on time. Jumped right in to the work and started diagnosing the problem. We needed to have a new water heater put in, which he ordered and installed right away. The job was done fast and Nick cleaned up everything when he was done. This is my second encounter with them and I highly recommend them.

They are honest and prompt. They stuck to the quote that was given earlier and even if the price was high they got it back to the estimate. They were so neat and careful while working on the bathtub and saw that the mat was also neat. They were very professional, so courteous and very kind to my cats. They came in when I called them to repair the faucets in the bathtub, which was coming out. They repaired it and sealed the same. They also gave good advice to replace the faucets in the near future. They covered their shoes before coming in to the house, which not many do. They were on time and if they say they will be here in half an hour they would come. They were very courteous by being on time.

Came out to show me how to reset my yard sprinkler Found one of the sprinkler heads to be damaged. Came back and finished repairing sprinklerhead the same day. Very clean and professional.

It is covered under insurance. They do exactly what they tell us they are going to go. They are very prompt. I would use them again in the future.

Lady we called was extremely friendly and professional. Service man was punctual, proficient and friendly. Quality, punctual service with good quality parts. I felt the charge was a little high; but you get what you pay for.

garbage disposal fell out and my husband was out of town, I was in a panic! I looked on Angie's list and found Ben Franklin with A ratings and a coupon so I called and within 30 minutes they were here and it was after 5:00 PM. I did request more work than just putting the garbage disposal back in and I now have wonderful water pressure, it's never been this good and we've lived in our house over 15 years. I will call BF for any of my water problems in the future, you can't go wrong with Ben Franklin in Hot Springs!

Mr. Owens was very professional while attaching the sprinkler head. The plumbers I had used last Fall to take off the sprinkler head had lost 2 Orings and some caps. Mr. Owens from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, had every thing he needed to make my sprinklerhead whole. I was not aware of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Hot Springs. Thank you Angie for sharing.

On a Sunday afternoon, we had a shower/tub leak in our only functioning bathroom. We got on Angie's list and, after a bit of research, contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. As this event occurred on a Sunday, we were thrilled to learn that Benjamin Franklin would arrive within the hour. Upon arrival, the plumber covered his shoes before entering our home and immediately set to work. He cut an access panel on the backside of the shower/tub wall, replaced the rotten trap, and thoroughly cleaned up the mess. From start to finish, the entire process took approximately 1 hour. The plumber was neat, clean, courteous, respectful, and extremely professional. We were not surprised when presented with the bill because we had been advised of the charges throughout the entire process. We paid $233 for this job. Based on how satisfied we were with the outcome of the above job, we promptly hired Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to locate and replace our water pressure regulator. The following Tuesday, two plumbers arrived. Once again, before entering our home, they each put on shoe covers and we were advised of the process and fees involved. One plumber walked around with a metal detector while the second plumber commenced digging at the water meter to gain access to the piping. Several hours passed in an attempt to locate the pressure regulator using just the metal detector. It was then decided that a combination of metal detector and fish tape were required. The piping was separated at the meter, the fish tape was inserted in the piping, and the search continued. Eventually, the non-functioning pressure regulator was located and replaced with a new one. The dirt at the meter was put back in place so that you could not even tell it had been dug up and all other messes completely cleaned up. This job took approximately 6 hours from start to finish. Again, both plumbers were neat, clean, courteous, respectful and extremely professional. We paid $838 for this particular job. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! They were "the best" plumbing service we've ever used!

We needed a plumber sameday. I found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing here on Angie's List with 2 reviews (both good) and a coupon. The receptionist (Kim) was very pleasant. I was told someone would be at my home between 4pm and 6pm. I received a phone call around 3pm. The plumber (Reed) said he could come early. I was very happy because you are lucky if someone shows up in the 4hr window most companies/contractors give you. Reed was very nice and professional. Our main line needed clearing and he was able to do it that afternoon. Ya! We had working toilets and showers for the weekend. I have no complaints. Although I heard they are a bit pricey, I guess the rule applies - "You get what you pay for." In this case, we got professional, on-time (actually early) service for our money. It was worth the price.

Everything was great. Benjamin Franklin was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable during the entire process.

We became aware of a leak in the basement at around 1:30 AM. I called Benjamin Franklin, a 24-hour plumbing service. The repairman was prompt and very courteous, and the work was done in a timely and efficient manner. He put covers on over his shoes so as not to soil the carpeting. He explained the work he would have to do and what it would cost and after the work was done he explained everything that he had done. He also repaired a leaking toilet. I'm very satisfied with the service from Benjamin Franklin.
