Juan does excellent work. He follows instructions and supervises his helpers so that work is done to specification. He is professional and responds promptly. I have used him several times now and plan to continue. I am always pleased with the results.

Juan will negotiate on price. First he will ask what you want to pay, he'll tell you if it's too low, and offer a price he considers fair. Knowing what others have charged for the same jobs helps me know that his price is fair. My husband and I have built a rock wall before, so when Juan told us how much he would charge to rebuild our terrace wall we balked: it was way too low! When we explained what all he would need to do we arrived at a price that was about twice that, because we wanted a good job and knew how hard it would be. Juan always returns my calls promptly, arrives when he says he will, and does a good job. One thing I will mention - There is apparently another "Juan" on the Hot Springs Angie's List and members have posted reviews for work that person did thinking it was Juan Diaz at Juan Does It All. Any summer 2015 review for work in HSVillage posted for Juan Do It All is probably a mistake

Juan's Do It All has always done a great job for us at a reasonable price. He is very dependable, showing up to perform the work at the agreed date/time.

Juan was professional, on-time and responsive. The job was started and completed in one day. He did everything that he said he would do during the walk through. I thought his price was a little high, but he would not budge. In the end, he did a very good job.

I did a Angies list search for lawn care companies in Hot Springs Ark. to do a winter clean up of our vacation home lawn. I wanted all the leaves blown out of the carport and from around the house into the lawn and then mulched. Called Juan's Do It All after looking at his reviews and left a message. Got a call within 2 hours, talked with Juan, let him know what I was looking for and he said he would look the property over and give me a quote. Later that day he called me and we agree on a price. He scheduled a day on the weekend when he thought he could perform the job. I got a check in the mail on Tuesday. In the meantime, I sent a text message to him and asked him to send me some photos of the house once the job was done. He agreed and said he would send me before and after photos. He completed the work on Sunday and I received pictures that day. The yard looked good and we will contact him again if more work is needed.

Out of all the Handymen listings here on Angie's List for Hot Springs AR, we only had 2 providers respond - Juan Diaz of Juan Do It All and John's Remodeling. Darryl Powell disappeared (see our review of his services or actually non-service on his listing) and Cory's services never responded. We had asked for estimates (written ones) for reconnecting all the drainage downspouts to their black underground piping and clean out a French drain, because of drainage issues around the house during heavy rains. Juan was the only one to not only go to the house to check our request, but actually did the work promptly because he felt it was such a small job, and he was already in Hot Springs Village for other work, that he might as well get it done. And he was 110.00 cheaper than Mr. Powell's original verbal estimate and well under John's Remodeling's estimate. Juan was also the only one with a professional sounding answering machine system on his number; he also has paid for the messaging within Angie's List, so you can easily write to him with what your request, and he answers promptly here too. So appointment made to see our property on June 30th and job done at the same time for a great price. Can't beat that! We will definitely use Juan in the future for handyman work around our property.

Juan was right on time. We reviewed the areas needing regular attention and those areas needing immediate attention. He was on the job that evening and finished the next day with excellent results. We agreed on a full time month to month schedule. I am very confident we have finally found an honest and reliable company to provide lawn care even if we are not at home.

We used Juan the entire summer to mow and weed-eat our property. He has always been professional and is punctual. We had several companies come by and give us a bid before we decided upon Juan and we are glad that we choose his company over the others as he always did a wonderful job and his pricing was more in line with the work. To be fair, we agreed to a cost higher than his normal rate for raking the yards and cleaning up the leaves last fall as it would take him more time to perform the work. Regardless, it was worth every penny. We plan on asking Juan to take care of our lawns again this summer.

I really liked Juan. He was very polite and thorough with his work. I did not get any other estimates and I wish I had because I really don't know if the price was out of line or not. But it only took him 2 hours and I thought that was high. After he finished I questioned the price and he said he would take $180. I would definitely call him again, however.

Juan was prompt to return my call and came as soon as I was available to give an estimate. He and another worker started work the next day Despite extreme heat outside. He finished all work very quickly and was very responsive to additional requests. All work was completed as discussed and in a timely matter. Juan was very professional and personable and I will definitely use him again!!

He did an excellent job. We recently found him, and we have only used him a couple of times. He is so good. He was actually recommended to us by a friend. Two other people I know recommended him to us, and he came highly recommended. He is excellent. He is a young Mexican guy, and he says that he can do anything. He can do whatever we need him to do. He is really good, and very professional, very polite, and very fast. He is very reasonable. He is very quick, and before we knew it, he was done with our whole front yard. The mortgage made us put our house up for sale, and he just made it look beautiful. He seems like a kind individual. He is very punctual and very professional. We didn't know what he would charge, and he gave us an estimate, and we thought it was excellent. We agreed to it, and he got it done right then, and did a great job. He went above and beyond, more than what we even expected. He has also helped some other friends of ours. He helped them build a ramp for a disabled couple. He is just too helpful. If they needed garbage taken out to the end of the road, he has carried it out for them. He is just a precious guy. He is a hard worker.
