I called Juan and asked for a price for him to change my front & back door locks and power/wash my 2 Bedrooms, 2-Bathrooms mobile home. I explained to Juan that I am a senior citizen and need repairs and that I am on a budget. He quoted me a very outrageous price of $450. This is definitely over the normal price for this work.

Juan did a GREAT job. Very efficient, considerate of the property, did all he could to save us buying extra material, polite, easy to work with, cleaned up everything well. Would definitely consider for another job if I needed one.

The work was done very quickly. There were four boards replaced and they were painted to match the existing color. He also repainted the remaining parts of the cupola to give the whole thing a new look.

He worked quickly and had all the work done in just over an hour.

I called Juan's when I arrived in town for a visit and he was able to come out the next day to meet with me to give me an estimate and to talk about other tasks he would be able to do for my mother as needed. Both Juan and his wife Rebekah, who answers phone & sets appointments, were very courteous & professional. Juan was timely and gave a fair price. He asked how long I was in town and was able to do the work during my visit. He did an excellent job & cleaned everything up when he was finished. I feel at ease leaving his card with my mom to call him as she needs him.

Very well - prompt, professional job

Juan promptly returned my initial call and came out the next morning to give me an estimate. My house is literally in the woods and landscaping is natural, no grass. I have over 100 mature trees on my lot. My gutters were overflowing with leaves, pine needles, and oak spirals, and the non-paved surfaces on my lot away from the immediate perimeter of the house had a deep carpet of leaves and tree debris. Juan and his assistant arrived on time and did a good job cleaning it all up, along with some trimming and pruning of bushes and trees. Personable service, prompt, and quick to respond.

Juan's Do it All did an excellent job on my yard! He came and gave me a good estimate and came the next day and mowed and trimmed my yard. My yard was perfect when he left! I have used his services again and his second go at my yard was just as great as the first. His service is punctual and professional. I recommend his service for anyone who needs help with their yard!!

Called Juan and left a voice mail on his phone. He called me back within an hour and said he could be available for a quote the same afternoon. He arrived promptly on time and provided a quote and luckily he was even able to get the work done on the same day. I was pleased with the work performed.

Juan came twice and worked hard 1st time mulching, mowing, trimming, blowing back leaves; the 2nd visit he came and chopped back the brush and cut down a couple of small dying/dead trees. The yard looks great! Really nice gentleman to work with.

Met with Juan at the property March 15 to get a quote. The price he quoted was lower than I expected and budgeted. The work performed included: Cutting the grass Removing dead tree branches Removing stubby type growth making the property more mower friendly Hauling off all debris Juan was very prompt, professional and courteous He explained exactly what he was going to do and did it to the point where my expectations was exceeded. I will definitely be using him in the future.
