The Atchley company has always been a very reliable company with integrity being at the highest of qualities!! Always being prompt while keeping service at the highest level!! D.F. I would definitely refer my friends and family.

Extremely professional business. Every time I've had service or preventative maintenance they contact me several times to confirm the appointment and they show up on time. I live outside of "town" and every other service company I've ever dealt with always gave you the run around with missed appointments or lateness. The system check and cleaning was done to extreme - no short cuts. A family member was present and even commented to have me look out the window because the Technician was scrubbing the heat pump with a brush...minutes later I was asked if I noticed that the Tech was wearing cover booties on his shoes. I've been through a few service calls and know what to expect, but my family members were as surprised as I was the first time seeing this level of professionalism and courtesy in action. I highly recommend this company!

They came back for a free service call to make sure everything was working correctly. They were very professional and helpful. The unit they installed has lowered my energy bill by almost $100/mo.

This company is very professional. I live in a rural area and it is usually hard to get any kind of service. I've had problems with other companies not showing up or showing up 4 hours late with no call. With Atchley Air I made an appointment, received a call the day before to confirm and received a call when the Tech was on the way. The Tech was extremely polite and professional. He explained everything he was going to do for the maintenance upfront before starting. After the work was completed he told me what was wearing on my 13 year old unit and that it was still in decent shape. (besides energy efficiency which we had discussed prior to starting the work) The last couple companies I had out to look the system told me it would have to be replaced soon. I was so impressed with the service and explaining all questions I had that I signed up for a yearly service agreement. I will report on my next experience after the Winter prep maintenance check - I don't expect any different service experience from what I saw today!

The tech was quite polite and even put booties on his shoes before stepping into the house. I watched him the whole time he was servicing the unit. He checked everything on it and I have a package unit so that included the capacitors that run the compressor and condenser fan and the blower fan.

On time, kept me apprised of progress, pleasant, eager to please. Professional.

As usual it always goes real well because they are Pro's.

Only paid for a service call since I felt it should be covered under warranty. Called contractor and they took care of the problem.

I had 4 different companies come out for estimates. I was impressed with Atchley because they really looked at my AC system as a whole. While they were a little more expensive than some of the other companies, part for part, they were the ONLY company that said they could save my outside unit--which saved me hundreds. They also took the time to look at my duct work to make sure that it would be capable of supporting a stronger inside unit--which it wasn't. Lastly, I was impressed with the time they took to explain my options to me. It was important to them to that I knew exactly what I was purchasing and how it would benefit me.

Every single instance I can convey about my experiences with Atchley is without complaint. Just the fact that they care about their customers should say it all. When my father in law passed away in late June my whole extended family converged on my house. It was already hot and my air conditioner was struggling. It was a Friday and after 5:00 pm. My call to Atchley was swiftly answered and upon hearing of my problem, a service man was dispatched within 1/2 an hour. He had my AC up and running to maximum efficiency within the hour and I was able to just relax knowing my problem was being taken care of. If you want to be more than a faceless name to a business, this is the one for you! There are not enough adjective to describe them!

my old unit was working sporadically and it was an early summer heat spell. When I signed the contract they said it would be a week but they rescheduled some things and got to me in a couple of days. arrived on time in the morning and were completely done and gone by mid afternoon. installers were very professional, and cleaned up everything. Gary the estimator was very nice on the initial visit, asked a lot of questions, no pressure at all. the new unit works great, electric bills are lower and the house is cooler. now waiting for fall to get some more insulation like they recommended.

Very well The technician was professional and polite. He was friendly but did not waste time with chit chat. There was a time scheduled but a call was made just before coming, a consideration I appreciated.. After completing the job, the technician came to explain what he had done and asked if we had any questions. The Atchley tech was dressed in a uniform. He definitely gave the impression that he had been trained and had experience with the job he was doing. Some companies send employees into your home in torn jeans and tee shirts. Neither their dress, behavior or grammar instill a feeling of safety while they are in your home. Nor does it promote a confidence in their ability to do the job. Atchley gave the opposite impresstion. The office staff has also been polite, friendly and consistently helpful. Atchley is a trustworthy company that I would not hesitate to recommend.

Atchley Air kept my old unit functioning at peak performance for far more years than I expected. Naturally, when a new AC unit was needed I knew there was only one choice and that was Atchley. My decision was based on their attention to detail and customer service. They never performed any work without telling me what was needed, why it was needed and how much it was going to cost. Their service people were polite, timely and always neat in appearance. From the top of the chain down to the guys in the field I have been treated like a valued customer, not just a name on their service log. I have had their yard sign proudly displayed in my yard for over a year and I am always pleased to be able to sing their praises.This is a company you can trust - they are definitely in it for their customer's sake. I will never use anyone else.

Tech was one hour late without a courtousy call to let us know he was running late. He was rude and when my husband made it plain he wanted the problem fixed not just a recommendation the tech went along and charged it knowing it would leak. The tech did not even attempt to fix the leak. Had I known Oren Atchley would not have fixed the leak I certainly would have never called them and threw $300 out the window!
