Above and beyond. Within 4 days of calling we had a new unit installed and running. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable.

These guys were prompt and very professional through the entire process. The technician was very thorough going through my unit and cleaning it out. Since I was at work, he took photos of what was causing the issue and to show how bad of shape my filters were in. Afterwards, I signed up for the annual maintenance plan to avoid future issues and to get a status on how my systems are operating.

The repairman was very knowledgeable and this was our first time using Atchley. Apparently the guy who installed the unit wired it wrong and we were running heat and air at the same time. Was very prompt and kind. We will always be using them from now on.

This work was done as a follow up to installing ac /heat system. Here is the point of it all for me.Mike the owner had a crew do the work. Several months later a problem developed. I call Archery Air. They discovered the cause fixed the problem. Mike call to personally assure me the work was covered by Archery Air. They showed up on time and did repairs , problem solved. Now lots of companies promise to provide service and resolve issues AtchleyAir really does what they say. They are honest and stand by their word.

The job was done great and I haven't had any problems. I get my unit serviced twice a year and atchley air always do a wonderful job.

they were super awesome and very professional. they serviced both the inside and outside unit as always. We have been with Atchley Air for over 8 years. I truly wish there were more professionals like them. They cleaned everything. If I ever need to replace my units, they will be the one's we will do our service with. They waste no time if we need them.

As usual the providers technician was prompt, courteous and efficient. Atchley remains our "go to" provider for our heating and air needs.

They put more freon in my unit. They also offered to do a leak check. I declined. 3 days later I had the same problem and called them to do a leak check as they had advised prior. To make a long story short, they worked with me on price and scheduled coming out to work around my odd work schedule. I haven't had any problems since. The price I paid included all three trips it took to fill, inspect, repair, and fill again. They also performed my heating maintenance on my unit.

They do a really good job. They sell a good product and they give us a good service. They are a little bit above average in what they charge. We've never had many problems. We've had very few problems but they always come within a few hours.

I have Atchley come out every 6 months to inspect our heat/AC unit. They clean filters, replace thermostat batteries, measure the CO reading, check all the operational parts of the furnace. Today they found a blocked drain and repaired it before it became a problem. I pay a one time charge for two visits, one in the spring and one in the fall. In addition, when we need repair work, they always come out within a few hours of being called. We have used them for about 5 years.

I have been using Atchley Air for the last couple years after trying several others in the area. I live in the country way outside town and other companies have always caused me frustration with appointment no-shows or extreme lateness. Atchley is always there on time or early and communicates any changes with you well in advance. Their service personnel are super polite, explain everything they are doing and are completely thorough. I used Atchley a couple times to service my old heat pump system, and when it was time to replace the system, I went with them. The new system has been running flawlessly for a year and I am extremely happy with the increased efficiency of the new system.

It was excellent. Arrived within the time window (even though he got lost which everyone does in Muldrow) and called telling us where he was so we could guide him to the right road. Put on paper booties and a wipe your feet carpet. (which I chuckled at since we have several dogs and cats who I wish would put paper booties on). And went to town on cleaning the heat/air unit. In the mean time Gary the estimator was busy studying our unit for a whole house humidifier. My gosh he even went up in the "attic" looked around up there for us to check on the ductwork. Way beyond the call of duty. Even though the estimate was within our price range he stated he would double check on everything and call back. The next day he did and gave us the bad news which doubled the price. Which we understood as to why. No pushy sales pitch in fact he recommended a portable unit which would save us alot. A big thanks to Gary and I ordered a portable unit. Now there was Dakota busy at work with the HVAC outside where he did discover what was wrong. Explained it all to my husband (well I'm as dumb as a rock when it comes to mechanics) who does know about all this sort of thing and viola' the next day Dakota was back with the new and right sized motor for the unit. Runs like it is new and hopefully more efficiently. A very big thank you to Atchley. See you in the summer for my "tune up".
