My experience overall has went well. They provide packing and moving services. The staff is friendly and professional. The movers have a great attitude and we actually have hired them before previously because they did so well. They have done a great job so far with moving my things. I would highly recommend this company to others.

They did great in Albuquerque, but no great in Austin. I would give them straight A's in Albuquerque. The office was not as responsive in Austin. I would use them again, but they were no very good in Austin.

I dealt with personnel over the phone with scheduling, the driver of the truck, customer service over the phone in regards to tracking and all of my experiences with them were phenomenal. I finished packing everything late on a Thursday night and they called me on Friday to let me know the belongings were available for pickup starting on Monday.

They were accommodating and easy to use, pleasant, all the things you need when you're under stress.

We were able to load the trailer to 5 linear feet, which was perfect. We did have a problem with the bulkhead bar being bent, so it was extremely difficult to close the bulkhead. The driver who came to take the truck, was the same driver who left the trailer, helped my husband. He promised us that he would place an large rod across the bulkhead when it arrived at the terminal. The shipment arrived later than anticipated, but they called and informed me of the delay. That was no big deal, since it gave us a few more days. We had three days to unload, but it didn't take long at all. Nothing was damaged. The rod was across the bulkhead and it was sealed. Love you guys. Great job. Your organization had the most pleasant and professional people from the dispatcher, scheduler to the driver.

I first priced the service online. When I received a 10% coupon offer by email, I called back to schedule. (I had checked other providers and options in the meantime, and ABF had the best price). Scheduling was easy, and the operator added one cube to my order "just in case" explaining that I woudn't be charged unless I used it. This turned out to be a good thing, since the interior measurement of the cubes is a little smaller than advertised, and I needed that third one. They called a couple days in advance to verify the delivery window, then the driver called about 45 minutes before he arrived. He pulled the trailer in the street in front of my house, then used a small forklift to place the cubes in my driveway. When I remarked that they were smaller than I thought, he said could be back with another one shortly if I would just call the dispatcher. I called and asked for the 4th one, and the driver was back with it in less than an hour. It turned out I didn't need it after all, and I wasn't charged for it. When the cubes were loaded, the same driver came back and picked them up that day. I was able to track the shipment online, and they were moved very quickly. Although the cubes were at my destination over the weekend, they couldn't deliver them until Wednesday. I had removed the guaranteed delivery option because it was $300, so I guess I really can't complain about the delay. Drop off and pick up went just as smoothly. Overall, I was very pleased. I did choose to hire my own loaders and unloaders since I could get them at a better price.

It was a breeze. They were punctual, courteous and the entire process from beginning to end was smooth AND easy!

I was moving to the Houston area and had already hired someone to pack my home but needed my items to be loaded onto the truck and then transported to new area. I hired ABF and they have been great so far. They delivered truck in a timely manner as well arrived to new home on time, they were very courteous and helpful at all times. I would definitely use them again, I feel that they treated me well and was respectful.

The entire process was excellent from the initial contact to the delivery of our goods in Louisville. This company communicated with me often and was very flexible as I had to change moving dates often. They offered moving advice and also provided different pricing options. When the time came to move, the truck drivers were prompt with delivery and pickup and were professional all the way.

ABF U-Pack was fine. The drop-off and pick-up at both the originating address and the destination address was punctual. My things got to the destination address in pristine shape. It was as if the boxes were brand new. I attribute this to pretty good packing of the container, but also to the container's impregnability to the elements and to the general moving process. I would use ABF U-Pack again, and would recommend it for those those need to move on a budget.

They really went above and beyond. They are willing to work with me. Great experience. This is a cheaper alternative than PODS. They are very accommodating to my needs.

Fabulously. The guys were on time and very professional. They were courteous and even were helpful enough to help us rearranged some of the new furniture that was already at the house. The platform bed was an absolute pain, but they made it look easy and they had the best attitudes. We were very impressed and very pleased. While we're not thrilled with the idea of moving anytime soon, we will absolutely use ABF if we do!

They were amazing!! They were giving me answers before I knew what my questions were. My parent are retiring and moving from Texas to Indiana to be close to us kids. My parents tasked me with getting them actually moved due to they are not able to. So a friend recommended I call U-Pack. I called the very nice lady gave me all the information and was very through to make sure I completely understood. I looked into what the cost would be to rent a check and drive it ourselves and compared the two options. The U-pack was going to actually save us money and stress. So I booked the trip with U-pack. They called a few weeks later before the move to make a recommendation that instead of pods could they bring a trailer (28 feet long) and we only had to pay for what we used of it. What was left they would put some commercial shipment on. This gave us even more relief because our space and weight restriction was increase. And the price was cheaper. We lended up taking the whole trailer. When it came time to drop the trailer off they were very good about calling to let us know when they would be there and they did the same for the pickup. When it was time for the delivery of the trailer in Indiana they worked with us to get it dropped and picked up at the storage unit. This move was so smooth and easy. If you are considering move you should call them. They were so nice and kept us informed regaining all steps of the process. They have a ton of options depending on your needs and the customer service people are so nice, helpful and patient.

ABF U-pack delivered a moving pod to us in Ohio on time as agreed. The driver was courteous and efficient. They were to come back in 3 days to pick up the pod and transport it to Texas, but were a day late picking it up due to vehicle mechanical issues. They made up the time in transit, and the pod was delivered to our new residence ON TIME ! We were very pleased as we were on a very tight schedule. This is the second time we have used ABF. They are honest and dependable. There are no hidden fees and they deliver as promised. They stayed in touch with us via phone calls during the transit period to let us know where our pod was and to confirm delivery. Both times we have used ABF we have been very pleased. If you have a small move and the manpower to load and unload the pod (we only needed the smallest size pod) it is well worth it to use ABF. You can have your belongings shipped door to door within days at a good savings over larger moving companies. And we found that ABF is the most reasonably priced of all the moving pod companies we checked.

They were excellent and had reasonable prices. The service was so easy to use and simple. They were able to answer all my questions properly.

ABF supplied an online estimator so that we could judge the square footage and therefore determine the space we need on the truck. They also are able to store our belongings at the destination until we will be able to arrive. All arrangements were made without any stress or pressure from the company (unlike another company we contacted for a quote only to receive multiple emails and phone calls telling us when THEY were available). We much appreciated ABF's professionalism, and the ease to work with them

They quoted me at $600 more than a competitor. They have a cube system, where they drop it off at your home and pick it up and transport it. ABF does shared shipping where one commercial truck is full of numerous differnt commerical shipping and one household load. They do not go into your home to load the cube, you load the truck and you unload the truck. I also learned the competitor would hold onto my belongings 5 additional days with no extra cost where ABf does not.

This worked out for us. ABF was very professional. They had a problem with their delivery truck, so placement of the container was about four hours late, but they let us know in advance and kept us informed until the container arrived. We had all weekend to load the container. Once they picked it up, we were able to track it online as it was transported across country. Delivery was surprisingly quick. It seemed like the container was moving all the time. The estimated transport time was four days, and by late afternoon of day three, they'd called us to set up a delivery time the next morning. I'd definitely recommend ABF Transport U-Pack Moving!

They have a receptionist that could have been better trained in relaying certain information, however, they did end up making things right in the end. The experience overall went well. U Pack has a friendly and cordial staff. Their pricing is decent in comparison to others. The drivers were outstanding and careful when moving my items. They were also very helpful. I would recommend them to others on the future.

Overall, I'm quite happy with my experience with ABF U-Pack moving. I booked my cubes online and did not have to sit through the high-pressure sales call I did when pricing other similar companies. They dropped off the two empty cubes as scheduled on a Friday. I immediately called to arrange for pickup for Monday morning, requesting they be picked up in the morning and definitely before noon as I needed to hit the road for the long drive across the country and my apartment did not allow me to leave with the cubes still in the parking lot. I was assured this would be no problem. Well, noon came and went with no sign. I called and was told "maybe another couple of hours, definitely by 5 pm." I explained that this was not acceptable and they managed to get a truck out to pick up the full cubes within the hour of me calling. Everything went 100% smoothly on the North Carolina end. We made sure to pack the cubes really well, with lots of tie downs and padding. Everything made it across the country in tact, with no damage.
