Description of Work: The driver was unable to get the truck into my driveway, so they left. Then had to call them again to make arrangements to leave the truck on the street for 24 hours to pack. Once the truck left my house, it was taken to the storage yard, where they opened the back of the truck removed the furniture dolly, so when it arrived at my new house I didn't have the dolly to unload the furniture.

Description of Work: well packed items were severely damaged. I've moved 11 times, never broken a thing. The truck must have been driven on extremely rough roads to break legs off furniture that was well secured. The trailer that was delivered did not have connections for ropes as indicated in the ads, and there were many large spikes in the wooden floor that precluded sliding boxes or furniture. If furniture is destroyed, the rest of the rating factors don't matter.

With this service, I'm having 2 cubes delivered to my house, packing my things, and having the cubes delivered to my new place. They can also store the cubes at the delivery location.
