They were excellent, very efficient and did exactly what they said they would. I would highly recommend them.

The service was excellent. We packed the freight pod, and they picked it up and shipped it over 3,000 miles. I would use them again in the future.

We were very satisfied. They were pleasant to deal with. They delivered on what they said they would. they were timely and cost effective. Everyone from the office to the guys who drove the truck were pleasant to deal with.

They drop a container off and you have the chance to pack it, and then they will take it and drop it off at your residence. They have people to pack the containers if you need that done. They were great for communications, and at short notice to get it done. They price by the cubic foot. They also have people to pack the containers if you need that done. They did a beautiful job and everything went well. Pricing was fair enough. I wish I had been informed ahead of time that they used an e track tie down system so I was more prepared with the proper equipment.

I thought they were really good and very inexpensive. They moved me from Michigan to Florida. They bring a container to you and you pack it yourself. They brought the containers exactly when they said they would. They also tell you when it will be at the destination; it's there when they say. They keep in very good communication to you with everything they do. I would recommend ABF U-Pack Moving.

I would recommend them highly. I have used them twice already and would use their services again in the future. I recommend them to everybody. Nothing is lost while moving and everything is perfect. What stands out to me about this company is their price, they have a great price, they are easy to do business with and they are friendly.

This company gave us tremendous service. They are very friendly and helpful. All of our questions were answered promptly. Their price was very competitive. The company showed up on time. We were very satisfied with the quality of work and their professionalism.

The trailers arrived for loading in Atlanta later than the scheduled time. They were left on the property overnight and were picked up later then we were told. One of the trailers arrived as scheuled in Texas. The other trailer did not arrive until three days later than the scheduled time. Unpackers were scheduled and had to be canceled and these changes ended up costing us more. We received a contact phone number for use in Texas. The company was very honest when they told us that they were not sure when our trailer would arrive, but it would soon be on it's way. The unloaded trailers were picked up on time on the Texas end. I would use this company again, if time was not an issue. U-Pack did get our belongs safely from Atlanta to Texas.

They drop a POD trailer off in front of your house for packing and we can pick it up. The price was competitive. They were awesome. Their truck is about 28 feet long but we used 17 feet and they only charged us for just that. I would promote them big time. I feel that they should go out and advertise more.

They brought a big truck and left it. I packed my materials. They mark off what space you use and only charge you for the amount of space you use. They put up a locked wall to make sure nobody will access your belongings. After you move, you give them a call and they will bring your belongings to you. Everything happened in a timely fashion. I will highly recommend them. They only work with long range moves over 500 miles.

The price was reasonable. The truck was there when it was supposed to be there. The service was fine. They parked the truck for 3 or 4 days, so we didn't have to have it all ready at one time.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. We loved it from start (phone quote) to finish. I couldn't be happier!

Timely delivery of the trailer for me to pack. I loaded the trailer and installed the movable bulkhead as directed. Timely pickup of the trailer. On time drop-off of the trailer as well. The problem was that I was not given, nor informed, of my need for tie downs for my belongings. As a consequence when the trailer was delivered I noted that the bulkhead had shifted about 6 feet. When the delivery driver and I removed the bulkhead we were confronted with what looked like a pile of trash. Nearly all the furniture had been damaged, as well as my TV, framed prints etc. Oh what a few straps would have done! Worse yet upon calling them to tell them of the damage I was informed that they would only pay 10 cents per pound for damages. Not worth the trouble to claim the $7.00 for my 70 lb. television.

You load the items yourself, or you can hire the laborers separately, and they then drive the truck to the new destination. They were wonderful and on time. Everything was clear from beginning to end, including the price. Great communications.

They delivered a 6' x 7' x 8' storage cube to our daughter's apartment in Ithaca, NY on a Friday afternoon just when they said they would. We were able to pack her belongings at our own pace. When were through a few days later, all we had to do was call the Ithaca terminal and the cube was picked up the next day. Two days later, it was back at our home in Dearborn, Mi. We didn't even have to be there for the pick up! And we could unload at our leisure as well! After a few days, we called the Dearborn terminal and the empty cube was picked up. When our daughter moved out to Ithaca we used U-Pack to move her --- and when she finds a job and moves again I'm sure we will use their services once more! Everyone that we dealt with in both states were very friendly and helpful. They were a pleasure to work with!

THE PACKERS DID A FABULOUS JOB ON PACKING OUR ITEMS. NOTHING GOT BROKEN DURING THIS VERY LONG MOVE. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND KIND. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IF I MOVED.

Great. Would use them again. I highly recommend this company. Very helpful customer service and very professional employees. Took very good care of our household items. Not a thing out of place or broken.

ABF WAS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND ALL OF OUR THINGS WERE IN PLACE. NOTHING WAS BROKEN. EVERYTHING SHOWED UP ON TIME. THIS IS A BIG THING WHEN YOU ARE WAITING FOR THEM BECAUSE YOUR WHOLE LIFE IS IN THEIR HANDS.
