Had the entire house resided with all new guttering. Ron (Owner of company) came out and did a fantastic job walking us step by step through the process and choices. He gave us several houses to go look at that his company had done. His bid was a little higher than a couple others we had gotten but the years of experience he and his team had along with the time he spent at our house that evening made us certain that his company was the right choice for us. His team got started a few weeks later (our choice) and did a fantastic job. The three guys on the crew were great to work with and EXTREMELY respectful to not only our house but our entire family. We missed some days of work due to rain and the guys worked late and one weekend to make up the time. They checked with us multiple times throughout the process to ensure everything looked great. Ron was in constant contact via email to keep us apprised of anything he felt was important (weather outlook, days they would be working to make up time, etc.). They finished up on time and the house looks absolutely wonderful. I have been doing remodels and handy man work for twenty years and know when I am getting my money's worth. We were so impressed with the work that we gave all three guys a little something extra at the end of the job. For anyone hiring out a crew to do a big job (siding, roofing, etc.) that is going to take several days I would highly recommend the following four things... 1. Have the work area ready to go. Move things (lawn furniture, potted plants, hoses, etc.) that will be in the way. 2. Keep water and a few snacks (crackers, cookies) around for the crew. I cannot begin to explain how much this small gesture means to someone who is working hard for you. 3. Spend a couple of minutes with the crew each day asking if there is anything else they need or have questions on. This makes sure everyone is on the same page. 4. Say "THANK YOU" at the end of the job when you are satisfied with the work. Everyone wants to know that their work is appreciated. We did these things for the crew working on our house and they really appreciated it. We would recommend Northwest Arkansas Windows and Siding to anyone. Ron and his crew will do a great job for you.

This company performed the work the first time and it did not correct the issue. The workers did not seem to know what they were doing at first. After a friend of mine came over and gave them direction, then they completed the work and in the process discovered that there was a problem with the windows. After some tense conversations with the owner, he was very gracious and accommodating and actually performed at a very high level to help get my home leak issues resolved. I was unhappy part way thru the process but ultimately was pleased with the outcome and would recommend this company.

The business owner (Ron) came out personally to give the initial estimate. He was kind and very professional. I appreciated his candid nature with not trying to sell us unnecessary upgrades and actually steering us away from a few we initially thought were a good idea. We had one particular window in our bathroom whose wooden sill had begun to rot from shower/water damage. None of the other window companies we talked with would even touch the sill or replace any wood around the window. After looking at the window, Ron immediately stated they would go the extra mile to make sure the new window was installed with proper waterproof caulking and a fancy vinyl waterproof sill at no charge! Ron also has a very strict policy of not accepting payment until the job is 100% done. I was initially content with the workmanship of the exterior window trim install, but upon further inspection and conversations with the better half, it was determined that the quality was inadequate. I explained this to Ron and work began immediately to completely re-install all the window trim, again, at no additional charge to us. This demonstrates Ron's ownership of the final product's quality and commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. As far as window quality is concerned, we are very pleased. At the time of writing of this review, the company sells the NT Window Presidential series.

They were knowledgeable and seemed to be honest. They didn’t try to do more than what I was asking which was nice.

They gave me an estimate the day I called to request one and were able to schedule the work 3 days later. They arrived an hour early and finished in less than two hours. The price was very reasonable and the siding looks great.

The quality of the product is excellent. The customer service that they has provided have been beyond my expectations.
