The owner is the salesman, he is friendly and professional but not pushy. The product that he sells is far superior to others I've looked at, and at a very fair price. The installer was very good at his job, he did the entire job by himself! He was also pleasant and such a hard worker! I would highly recommend this company and especially its products!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ron Coday, owner of NWA Windows and Siding. The quality of his product, both windows and siding is outstanding. The pricing is very competitive and he was able to work within our budget while offering prompt and professional service throughout the entire transaction, installation and follow up service calls. He helped us through a very difficult time as a family recovering from a kitchen fire. Through Ron's company we were able to order custom-sized windows to fit the needs of our remodel at a price competitors couldn't touch. The installed siding and windows transformed the entire look of our home and helped make it a place we could be proud of. The crew were prompt, courteous and very polite. They weren't just installing siding and slapping in windows, they added a sliding glass door where two windows had been in the guest bedroom, as well as added a new window where a blank wall had been in our master suite. Our kids were interested in their work and often set up chairs to have a front row seat, which did not bother the crew at all. When we recently had the house appraised for a refinance even the inspector commented on the quality of the work and materials. We would not hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends and family, and in fact do so on a regular basis.

Work was started on date that was stated in contract. Crews were efficient, friendly and hard working. Site was cleaned completely when job was finished. Could not be happier with the finished product. Had received 4 estimates on siding and Northwest was by far the best. Will definitely use Northwest when I can for future projects.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of work done. The price quoted was significantly less than competitors and the product used seemed high quality, but the install and attention to detail was terrible. There were places where my house was not fully sealed/covered with siding or trim, lots of uneven trim, and I even had to call because my patio light was put back up in a way that prevented me from opening my back door. I paid extra to have old siding removed and new insulation put in, but came home one day to find the crew trying to cover old siding. During the sales process I received excellent service but once I called to address some of these issues I was basically told that everything they did was correct and it was my house's fault that things looked wrong. Eventually the team did come make some corrections but I should not have been treated badly for their crew not doing a good job. I am still finding little things that are off, and some issues never got resolved in a satisfactory way.

Omg, 1st the owner comes an goes threw the whole process shows u windows you get to beat on them, their American made here in Arkansas even better,an it's the owner of company in your home.I couldn't believe the owner Ron came an did the leg work he sells his windows an he gives great discounts, an has payment plans, it took maybe 2 wks due to crew member lossing someone, the crew an John were great they helped me, disabled sever back knee pain, John moved furniture inside, they took time to take down pics an curtains, cleaned up each rm as they went an put everything back together when they were done. Ron an his professional guys are great, I will be doing sunroom next an then garage, an will always go threw Ron at northwest Arkansas windows, because he believes in his product he stands behind it 100%. He's very down to earth easiest person to get along with, an discounts an windows are reinforced not like any other window an lifetime warranty, let me just say our friends used Lowe's an they got 6 Windows an sliding glass door for 5k mine wasn't even close to that, Ron knows what he does an he's perfected it, he let's you know ahead of time what you need to do, if it's gonna rain, just keeps you in the loop, real down to earth business man. I couldn't imagine going with anyone else. It's a real open an shut both ways case, lol his wondows open both ways inside joke, NWA windows are the best an for the 8 Windows they were in an out within 2 an half hours an everything is perfect level trim is amazing thanks so much Ron I'm glad to have meet you glad we didn't choose handy man who has no clue an don't recommend trusting employees at your home alone, and personally if you get estimate an you don't have any work done, they should only comment an put on angie list is how you were greeted an treated not to bash on company for work they didn't do shame on the people who do this if you already think you know it all do it yourself don't bully others. Same day service when requesting estimate. Project was started within 2 weeks of deciding to move forward. All crews were very patient in answering my many questions. Any issues that came up were addressed quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

No hitches from start to finish! All I worked with were friendly, knowledgeable and were efficient but not hasty. They were happy when I was happy!

Cons: There were delays as they kept running out of material and having to reorder more. Our doors were the wrong size, so when they came to install them they couldn't. We had two great big black boarded up holes in our house for a few days while we waited on new ones to come. It rained several times during this time and water came into the house due to no gutters on the house. When they left they didnt out our things where they were. Ladders were left at the house after for a week or two before they picked them up. Pros: throughout all the issues they remained in contact. They were never hard to find. They closed up our house well and were professional. Even though we had to order different doors, we love the new ones probably more than we would have and they arrived fast. Even with all the delays they worked well and managed to finish just in time for our party. I would want the measuring to be more accurate if i had to do it again, but they stuck to our agreed upon price/contract. And i would recommend them to anyone else looking for siding, windows and gutters. My horse looks so pretty!

The IDEA of changing out windows to a first time home owner was very stressful. Calling this company was a great experience. The salesman was the owner, no high pressure sales. Just honest anwers to my many questions. Install was within 2 weeks of the contract. The installation was fast and professional. They cleaned up after the job. The nicest crew! We highly recommend this company and would use them again.

This was a great experience. Ron and the people who work with him are very professional and do a great job. Ron himself comes out to give you a quote and stops by everyday to check on the work. He also is a great communicator, if you contact him by phone or email, he gets back with you quickly. The house looks fabulous! The windows have made a huge difference not only in looks but in the utility bill as well. Ron had them side the house in a very attractive pattern that I would never have known about and we gets lots of compliments. The prices are extremely reasonable and the work is well done. Ron does a final check and will work with you to make sure that everything is satisfactory. I was so pleased with the windows and siding, I also had them install some new doors. Ron is the ultimate professional and is passionate about his business. His bid came in at 1/4 the cost of Sears!!! His crew are artists and take their craft very seriously. The house looks amazing. Ron stays in touch regularly and does not accept payment until the job is done. Very, very impressive.

From the first time I met Ron I was impressed by his promptness and professionalism. He kept me informed of every step of the process. His crew was fantastic, punctual and fast. They paid close attention to detail and made my house look like a new home! I could not have been more pleased or impressed. No matter the time of day or what he was doing, Ron always answered my calls or texts immediately and answered every question I had, no matter how silly or small it probably seemed to him! We took out glass doors and installed double windows. We also needed sheet rock to be added on sides and bottom. They did an amazing job. Only took a few days and it looks like it was done when the house was built. We absolutely love the new windows. They were the nicest guys doing the work and listened to everything we wanted them to do. Would very highly recommend them to anybody wanting to add windows to there home.

We were looking for a quality siding company to do the siding on our home. After asking several of our friends and neighbors we decided on NWA Windows and Siding. One of our neighbors had just had theirs done and we were impressed with the quality of workmanship done on his home. We met with the owner Ron and were immediately impressed with his sense of customer service. We hired them on and in a few days we had our new siding on our home. We have had many compliments on the color combination we used and are very appreciative for the color and design/texture suggestions we received. Thank you Ron!

The weather slowed down the siding crew but the owner kept in touch and the work was completed and is a beautiful job.

WORKERS WERE TIMELY AND PROFESSIONALLY. AFTER WORK WAS COMPLETED THE CLEAN UP WAS AN UNEXPECTED PLUS. THEY EVEN GAVE MY GRANDSON A TOY THAT HE WAS EXCITED TO GET FROM HIS NEW FRIENDS.

Ron, was extremely courteous and very professional. I had quotes from multiple folks and he was by far the best value and the quality of his product and service were excellent. When I had a problem he rushed over to fix it and he was very patient with us coaching us on the best color combination and we could not be more pleased with how the project and the house turned out and would not hesitate to use this company again.

Everything went well. The job was finished ahead of deadline. They worked in some quite unfavorable weather.

The owner came with all his certificates in hand when giving his sales pitch. Later, we found out that the proof of insurance certificate that he showed us was not his, but the contractor's that he hired, and was told that the owner had no insurance of his own. He represented himself as having employees, but in reality, did not have a single one. He referred to his "contractor" as his "foreman". Not true. The job that was suppose to take three weeks took six weeks as the contractor was pulled from our job to others (so the contractor told us). His contractor and helper only worked two to three days a week and only partial days most of the time. We had added a very small room on the back of our house after signing the contract but before the work was done. The owner told us that there should be enough scraps to put the siding on it without any extra charge as the area to be covered was less than 100 square feet. Just as they came out to start the job, he immediately tacked on an additional $500.00 without even waiting to see if the material he had would cover it. The contractor had to scrimp and "make do" with the materials that he had as there was not enough ordered to begin with. No inside corners were installed, "J" channel had to make do, the bottoms of the outside corners were filled with Styrofoam and caulk because the owner did not provide the caps that were supposed to be put on to prevent insect and rodent infestation. I had to ask for something to be done as I could look straight up and see the old siding. The owner did not provide the vinyl mounting blocks for light fixtures so they had to be mounted straight to the siding and filled in with caulk. We have more joints in the siding as short pieces had to be used since not enough material was provided. A person has the right to expect that a company, such as this, would do the job right and not scrimp on the material provided in order to do a professional job. For about one hundred dollars, his cost, he could have made this two story, southern colonial a beauty. Instead, we have Styrofoam hanging out the outside corners of our house as our house is five concrete blocks high in the front and the second story overhangs by two feet in the back. So when I look up, I see corners filled with Styrofoam and caulk. The underline of the siding is crooked all around the house, with lots of places for insects and spiders. We were told that our house would be sealed up nice and tight but we had to fight to get the molding along the bottom of the siding. When we asked about all these things, we were told by the contractor that the owner never provided these customary items. Other contractors that came to our house during this time, pointed out the bad workmanship, which is how we came to realize that the job being done was certainly not "stellar craftsmanship". I would have just settled for "good". Our cows are still eating Styrofoam that was blown all over the fields. If others are like me, you don't even know to ask for these things. Be very, very cautious about hiring this company. The all mighty dollar seems to be his only mission.

We needed a window replaced. I called and due to scheduling conflicts it took a few days but we finally were able to set a day and time for them to come measure. The 2 guys showed up promptly and measured the window. Unfortunately the window they ordered was cracked in shipment to them so they ordered another. Once that window arrived we scheduled day and time, they came and installed the new window. They cleaned the glass and cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional.
