Replaced pipe from our house to sewer line in a difficult place to dig a trench. It took city approval and great care not to cut electrical lines. The job was completed with skill and care.

Water heater pilot flame would not stay lit. Water heater pilot assembly had to be replaced. Jerry came a few hours after I called -- just as he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem, called to find who had the part in stock, then left to go get it. He came back in about an hour (quicker than I would have thought since he had to drive from Springdale up to Bentonville and back). Replaced the pilot assembly, started the heater and checked for operation. Later I checked the price of the parts online and found he'd actually charged me less than the online price for the exact same parts. Good kind of guy to do work for you. I'd call him again in a heartbeat.

Needed someone to replace my backflow regulator on my sprinkler system. Called J&J , the quoted me a good price, came out right away and did a great job. When they handed me the bill it was half the quoted price. This week a friend asked if I knew a plummer. I referred him to J&J and he had his water-heater replaced. He was also impressed by the service.

had 2 toilets installed last year and both started rocking. Jerry, the owner diagnosed the problem as the toilets were not properly set.. another company installed them. J&J plumbing fixed the first one about 2 months ago and it is steady and secure. I had him fix the second one due to the great job he did on the first one. jerry is friendly, stays busy and has made me a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend him.

He quickly assessed problem; examined everything, and took about 10 minutes to complete job.

It was excellent. He was prompt and courteous. The whole process took about 30 minutes. He even came a day early. He was very knowledgeable and cordial.

Clogged sink drain. I had tried everything I could, from Drano to using my 15' snake - both from the roof vent and from the sink itself. Unable to make the slightest progress, I called Jerry, who was under a house at the time. He promised to call me back when he was done in about an hour, which he did. He arrived in a very timely fashion, and proceeded to attack what turned out to be an amazingly elusive clog. He snaked from the kitchen roof vent all the way to the septic tank at the far end of the house - nothing. He went down in the crawl space to investigate and had no better success. He removed the traps under the sink and snaked from there, and still had no success at all. Unphased by all this, he returned to the roof and fed the snake through until I saw the water level drop a little. I hollered, and he worked the snake there at that depth until the drain ran freely under a full stream, then came in and filled both sinks and drained them with the disposal going to be sure the clog was completely gone. Even though the difficulty and persistence required to overcome it exceeded his original estimate of what it would cost, he still offered to keep to the estimate he gave over the phone. I was so pleased with his tenacity and attitude, that I asked what the bill should be for his time, and paid that. I would recommend J & J Plumbing to anyone needing quality work done at a fair price in a timely fashion.

I am property manager for a firm located in Duncanville, Texas. I often need plumbing repairs done on our properties here in Northwest Arkansas. I have used and will continue to use J&J Plumbing. The work is fastidious, and the charges for such excellent work are very competitive. During the past years, I have never had to call J&J Plumbing back to a jobsite for a do-over, because it is always done correctly the first time. I trust J&J to always be there for me whether it is an emergency, or a task which requires some planning. J&J always provides me with options on different repairs, as far as how crucial the repair is, and whether it absolutely has to be done right away. That is certainly a plus when your are operating on a tight budget. I always know the response time after my is going to be within minutes, the work is flawless....and another big plus is......Jerry Waldner always cleans up the mess if he makes one. I totally trust him to be honest and dedicated to doing a perfect job.
