Had an issue with our insurance carrier over building code as we wanted ice dam protection which was not stated in Bella Vista codes. Brown Boys helped us overcome that issue and we were given a proper code application professionally done with quality material roof

Description of Work: This report is for work done to repair a roof they put on in 2005. One area of the roof was leaking so they came out to fix it. A leak developed later. When a good roofer came, he discovered the chimney was incorrectly flashed in the original job and the work they did on the most recent service call did not do anything to correct it.

Description of Work: They repaired section of the roof attached to wire pulled down by dump truck that did not have enough clearance to lift up back end. They stabilized area. I do not remember exact date or price, but was pleasantly surprised by the low cost and quality. They were recommended to me before I used them

Description of Work: They provided an estimate for a new architectural shingle roof for our 1,144 square foot ranch home. They pitched three different plans to me that consisted of different types of shingles. Their pricing was very high. I got a much better deal with the company I had gone with.

Description of Work: Replaced and repaired flashing around chimneys, cedar shakes that needed replacing, and corrected and roof leak due to poor design when our house was built.

Description of Work: I asked for estimates from eight roofing companies, including Brown Boys. Brown Boys estimate was the most expensive I received. Brown Boys estimate was more than double the lowest estimate while using lesser quality materials and offering a shorter warranty. I can't imagine a single reason why I would want to spend far more and receive far less.

Description of Work: Brown Boys put a new roof for us. They were not only very professional but knew the business and what type of shingles we were looking for. We got 4 bids and by far they were the best regarding their presentation of the product and how they handle the job. The price was not the losest but was the best for what they were going to do. Their workers were clean, well informed about the job and cleaned everything when it was done. The supervisor was great and has been doing this for a long time. They spoke english which to us was very important. We had a friend who had his roof done($34,000) and no one spoke english...the job went terribly wrong. You will not be sorry by hiring Brown Boys.

Description of Work: I had contacted many roofing companies. Once I explained my situation to the receptionist and that I needed a quote quickly due to another roofing company leading me on about a quote and not getting it done, my insurance company were telling me they would have to cancel my policy if I didn't get a quote to them ASAP, needless to say once I explained my situation to her she not only waived the fee for the estimate she gave my information to Chris who called me back that day to set up a time for a quote. The house that the roof was replaced is a rental property, so I had to set up a time with tenants for inspector to check out the roof damage to give me the quote. Chris was real understanding, and even gained access from my tenant to go into the attic ( insurance company said that one part of the roof was "wavy"). He then met with us after work and showed us pictures as to why the roof was "wavy." We then hired them to replace the roof and they did an excellent job and followed up with us to make sure we were satisified. Very nice and professional company.
