Description of Work: I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day when I called. I was given an approximate time window that they would arrive and was told the service person would call to let me know when he was on his way. The appointment went exactly as stated and I felt like the charge was fair. Good professional service!

 + 0 moreWe hired the company to clean, pump and repair our septic system. They estimated that the problem was due to a broken line from the septic tank to the leech field and had us dig up the line (versus having a crew of four and two days for them to do the work). It took my husband 20 minutes to dig up the line and find the broken pipe. The crew returned the next day with a crew of four men who stood around smoking. Their "repair" was to replace a piece of PVC and then stuff garbage bags (which they asked me to provide) between where the PVC entered the tank and the opening to the tank so dirt wouldn't wash back into the tank. I told them that was not an acceptable fix and sent them home. We hired another company to come in and fix the issue. I would not recommend this company to do any work at all. Unprofessional behavior and substandard work.

 + -1 moreBBB was prompt and responsive. After putting in the tank I called them a few times to come out and check the system, which they always did. When the pump motor burned out after just a couple of years, I called them back out to replace it. They put a new pump in (left the old pump and the packaging from the new pump in my backyard when the left), but the run off from the leak valve persisted. I called them out a few more times, until finally they didn't know how to fix it and suggested digging up my septic line to see if there was a block. I called another service provider and after about 5 minutes diagnosed my problem as the pump beign too small. I asked BBB if they would credit any of the $600 for the undersized pump they installed 3 months earlier towards a larger pump, to which they said no, but they would be happy to install the larger pump at full price. I had the other provider install a check valve and a larger pump and the problem was fixed (without the mess and cost of digging up the septic line). BBB doesn't do bad work, I would just recommend talking to other providers about your needs before giving them your business,
Description of Work: BBB installed a new septic tank for me about 3 years ago. After about 2 years the pump motor burned out and they came out replace it.
