The guys arrived early within the 2 hr window. Got right to work. Nice guys.

Had to call multiple times to finally receive response that they could not get someone out to check it out until 10 days later.

The phone customer service was really great; very knowledgeable staff and they gave me good options for the best way to proceed. They came out within a week to do the job. On the day of the job the soil was very wet so they left some very uneven ground. However, they returned at no charge to smooth out the ground after the ground had dried. They hauled off the large pieces from the old tank. The area looks great now.

We are out of state owners of rental property and the company was prompt, cost was less than I expected and even when the tenant was not on site as requested, they serviced anyway and just called me for payment. A receipt was emailed for my records and it could not have been easier! The staff was extremely friendly over the phone as well.

BBB pumped out the wastewater holding tank for our septic system. We had another company working to replace the pump, but their truck wasn’t strong enough to pump up the two and a half story grade from the back of our house. This wasn’t an easy task as it’s quite a distance and well as down a steep drop. When I called BBB, they said they would get here as soon as possible. They came in less than an hour and had the pumping done quickly and professionally. While I had agreed to an extra charge due to the distance and difficulty of the job, BBB only charged me the minimum of $210, which was greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend BBB to anyone with septic or sewer problems.

BBB Septic is our go to provider for help regarding septic systems and real estate transactions here in Bella Vista. They came thru for us to get a real estate transaction closed. They are a wealth of knowledge about septic systems! They were kind enough to visit our Crye-Leike Real Estate office last year for a sales meeting and do a presentation on septic systems. Who knew how entertaining a presentation on septic systems could be. Agents loved it.

Joe was extremely professional and always responsive to my questions. He saved me from doing unnecessary work by doing an on site inspection and determining my lateral lines did not need to be moved as was suggested by others. He assisted with mapping out the lateral line field and gave me the confidence that I can move forward with my swimming pool project without further delays or concerns. I will be using BBB Septic Service again (next week) to pump out my septic tank.
