The installer, Scotty even let us know about some water damage that we had under the house that we had no idea about and the mouse problem we didn't know about either. He wanted to explain in detail to my husband what he saw down there (had nothing to do with the job they were doing) so he would have an understanding of what we were up against when it comes to other repairs as well. He didn't have to do this, he could have just overlooked all of the other issues we had no clue about but he didn't. He even said that my husband could call him on his cel phone after hours. Can't say enough how please we are with Band B's services from start to finish. If you are looking for a company that will give you an honest estimate and not try to sell you something you don't need and want someone who is fast, efficient and friendly, this is the place for you!
Description of Work: Absolutely love B&B!! They are not only are they very knowledgeable and professional but they are honest people. We knew we were needing a new heat pump and were also looking into an air filtration system. They gave us a more than fair price for what they did for us. Not only did we get the new heat pump, air handler and filtration system but they also took time to fix the way the ducting was placed which they didn't even have to do. They took time to answer our questions and even took off the sales tax which was a huge savings! We would highly recommend them to everyone and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

+ -1 moreOur A/C went out at 5 pm on Wednesday. Since it was evening and not too hot out, we decided to wait until the following morning. I called on Thursday morning at 8 a.m. and the serviceman was at our house by 11 am; he diagnosed the problem and had a part replaced in very little time. I was very happy with the service and very relieved that the issue was easily corrected without having the replace our entire unit.
Description of Work: Replaced a faulty capacitor on the outside HVAC unit.
