It went very smoothly. The provider did everything she was asked to do.

The cleaners forgot, or chose not to do, certain basic tasks on each and every visit. One time it wasn't cleaning a glass table top, another, they didn't make the bed up, etc. etc. etc. I mentioned these things but every time they came there was something not completed or done properly. If one is paying for specified services they should be completed as agreed upon and I shouldn't have to mention such things after each visit.. I wouldn't hire them again, nor recommend them at all - unless, that is, if you prefer to actively supervise your house cleaner.

They're absolutely wonderful. They did a great job. The people that she sent to our house has done a wonderful job. Just a real top notch company. They very prompt and efficient. They're very neat, well-dressed and clean. They work hard the entire time they were here.

At conclusion there was still dust on top of things and parts of dry wall on the ceiling fans. My guess is they just got their cleaning supplies and mine mixed up, but we had a couple of cleaning solutions that they took. When we were working on the house the next day I really missed this step stool that was great for reaching things. We found it later, broken and in the trash. I wish someone would have said they used it and broke it and apologized. No, I wouldn't use them again.

Joanna was prompt on returning my call and professional. After a couple of visits we had it down to what we want and Amanda is great. If I am working from home she is like a little mouse doing her job quietly. Joanna always lets me know if something is up, Sickness, family emergency etc. We are pretty easy going and not terribly critical, If they miss a week no big deal, they'll get it the next visit, .

I had hired an individual to do this cleaning, but she was injured at another work site. I called Joanna pretty much having a melt down, as I need to get the property move-in ready so I can show it to prospective tenants. We spoke on a Thursday, and her two employees, Rachelle and Brandi showed up promptly at 8:30 Monday morning and worked non-stop until 4:30. The house is transformed, all the way down to the way it smells. (Much better!). My previous tenants had apparently not cleaned anything at all in an entire year, so there was a level of grime that took a long time to remove. Joanna called me to let me know they were finished, and offered to wait at the property for a walk-through. I told her it was OK to lock up and go, and that if I had any issues I would let her know. She said that one of the girls would be available the next day to come and do any further work. I did not see anything I requested that they had not completed.

Joanna and Amanda have been very punctual, and Amanda does a great job cleaning my house. They listen to me and have accommodated all my requests. Joanna is also very good about texting with follow-up and scheduling. I am very pleased with Abstract, will be continuing the service every other week, and would highly recommend this company.

I called as a last minute idea to have the house cleaned before my wedding. Joanna fit me into the schedule on short notice. She sent Maria over at 8:30 a.m. she showed up right on time with all of her equipment. she worked all day long with a very short (less than 30 min.) lunch break. Maria stayed until the job was finished (around 7:00 p.m.) It was a big job and she was very thorough. She was easy to talk to and to explain things to. She did everything that I asked her to do. She worked around me while I was in my office, and when I had to leave on errands, I left her there alone. I did not doubt her trustworthiness. She was very professional. I would definitely use this service again.

They did a great job on the deep clean and have done wonderful on the bi-monthly cleaning. They are always punctual and professional. Would highly recommmend them.

. We seem to have misunderstood each other on the time. They came 45 minutes early and I was not ready. They apologized and came back at the time I thought we scheduled. The person who came to clean was efficient and worked quickly and neatly.

After the owner viewed the home and provided the price a cleaning date was set. The cleaner came at time scheduled and worked very hard the entire time she was here. She got a large amount of work done. The cleaning held up over a two week period. She provide the requested services and did the job very well. I will be having this service do my monthly deep cleaning.

It was a good experience. Joanna was very professional and was able to get my home clean for a move-out. Came early and was done by that afternoon. I recommend this company to anyone who needs home cleaning service.

JoAnna Jones is the owner and she came to the house and we discussed what I needed done and she gave me a price. She brings her own cleaners and equipment. I like that. She is extremely professional and courteous. On the cleaning day, she was here for the first thorough cleaning and 2 other girls helped her. They were all prompt, courteous and thorough. Love them. Trust them. The second visit, just one girl came and did a wonderful job. Definitely excited that I have found someone to work with. They also do construction cleaning--which I will be needing in the future.

They do a really good job. They are probably a little higher than some other cleaning services, but they have always been really good. I can call her at all times. She is always really flexible with whatever I need to have done. If I can give her a few days notice; she can usually adjust to my schedule.

I had only given Joanna (owner) less than 12 hours notice that I needed help. She pulled together her team of two other ladies and all three of them worked very hard for half a day. I called her in the evening and needed them the next morning. It is amazing that she could pull it off. On the morning they were to arrive, she called to tell me they were running 15 minutes late (which was fine since they had so little advance notice.) They arrived ready to work and took no breaks for 4-5 hours. Joanna talked to me in the beginning and throughout the day to be sure they were doing exactly what I wanted and nothing more or less. She made suggestions when she thought a job could be done faster or better. The two ladies who worked with her were polite, cheerful, and respectful. They knew how to do everything and were thorough. Joanna was very professional but was also sweet and gracious. I was in the house the whole time and saw that they treated our many antiques and family heirlooms with respect. None of them smoked (or smelled of smoke) and all seemed like really nice folks that would have been welcome in our home as friends.

Prompt in person estimate, started the next week without a hitch. It's been 5 months now and very happy with their service

I have used housecleaning services before but this was miles above anything I have received in the past...and at a very affordable price. When she arrived, I left the house to go run some errands and as to not be in her way. When I came back three hours later, she was still here (although finishing up). This is about the time that it would take me to clean the house the way I like it cleaned so I felt very confident that she was being thorough. Another thing I liked was that the owner of the business came on this first time as well to orient the housekeeper with the house. That makes me feel like she is running a solid ship. I will definitely continue to use their services and recommend to my friends.

I called Joanna to schedule a one-time cleaning since I do not normally use a cleaning service on a regular basis. I called Joanna and left a message regarding the details of the cleaning service I was requesting. She returned my phone call immediately. After speaking to Joanna on Friday she scheduled an evaluation visit to my home the following Monday at which time she provided a quote for the work I specified. Joanna was very accommodating to my busy schedule and accommodated the dates I requested. Joanna?s employee, Maria, arrived at my home on the following Wednesday morning along with all of the necessary cleaning supplies and ready to start the work. She cleaned inside windows, baseboards, doors, tile floor, countertops, and bathrooms. She also dusted from top to bottom including ceiling fans and ceilings. She wiped down the kitchen cabinets and also wiped down the leather furniture. She was very quick, attentive and thorough! Maria did a super job! She worked fast and was very efficient. Joanna contacted me after Maria completed the work to see if the cleaning had met my expectations. I shared with her how happy I was with the job. In fact I was so pleased with the work that I scheduled Maria to come and clean for me every other week. I expect to utilize the services of Joanna and her employee Maria for a long time to come! They are both very professional and friendly.

I have seen her work, and she does a beautiful job. She cleans the Edward Jones Investment Services offices. If it's a large job, she charges by the square foot, and will bid on the job. She is organized, motivated and consistant. She runs her service like a real business
