Description of Work: Mark and his crew were prompt, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. When we called for a quote Mark was very accommodating and scheduled a time that is convenient for us. Mark's is the only company that actually went on our 2nd story roof to inspect they chimney, others stood in my driveway and wrote a quote. He is honest about pricing, does not recommend work you don't need and his reasonable rates makes him a winner in my book. I felt confident I wasn't getting over-sold or over-charged. I would recommend Marks Chimney Service to anybody who needs chimney or masonry work.

Description of Work: The first trip it started raining so a second trip had to be scheduled. Spent extra time trying to see why insert wasn't working well and told me it wasn't installed correctly. Good job, used tarp to catch ashes and dust, cleaned up well, very satisfied with job.
