"We had been needing some repairs on our house for quite some time but after getting several estimates that seemed way overpriced, we gave up trying temporarily. His estimate was reasonable, clear and concise and he never tried to upsell or add to what we wanted. I have had a number of highly qualified contractors take a look and they all agree that it was constructed poorly in this area. The shed was also constructed without adequate ventilation. I will be following up with the MHIC. I really thought Nick was honorable and would keep his word."
