Description of Work: David was on vacation in Las Vegas (where I live) . He came and repaired all the damages drywall in the garage and house matching the existing texture, fixed all the doors and trim and did a wonderful job matching our colors. He was very prompt and courteous and most of all very clean. I highly recommend him and will use him again if he comes back to visit!!!

Description of Work: He installed all my mini blinds (just bought a new house), plus put up all the hardware for my bathrooms, then put in a car bump stopper for my garage, and put up a mailbox on my front porch. I trust him completely & will use him again! He was on time & never left a mess, unlike some other companies I have hired!

Description of Work: He found out that I had a coupon from the website and he was no longer interested in the job. Called him to find out when he was going to do the job and he would say I'm on the board. Last time I called he said he got hurt.

Description of Work: I'm providing information, even though I was unable to use "Let David Do It." I pleaded with him to fix a closet door in my 101-year-old mother's room. I explained that she was frightened that the door would fall and injure her. This is so distressing to my mother that I would have agreed to almost any price. He explained that he could only come by my house and "look at it" if he was in my neighborhood on some other job. I had the impression that this provider would be willing to do small jobs, or I wouldn't have contacted him. Several days have passed now, and I have not heard any other word from him. This is my first time to use Angie's List since joining, and I am very disappointed.

Description of Work: David patched some drywall on the ceiling. It was a fairly good sized area and it needed to have popcorn ceiling blended. He completed in 2 days. He was right on time each day. He was careful to minimize the mess and cleaned up afterward. The area looks great. You can not even tell there was a patch. It was a bit expensive, but it was a difficult job and I am satisfied with his dependability and the quality of his work. I would definitely use him again, especially for a job that needs extra care.

Description of Work: The snow storm of Christmas 2013 took down my fence. I looked this company up on Angie's List and called. No answer, but there was an answering machine. I left a detailed message and multiple contact numbers for me. As of today, April 9, 2013, I have not received any contact from this company. I have to assume they are out of business.

Description of Work: David and his crew had to replace some siding in spots on the house, did major repairs to my wooden privacy fence gate, and painted both my large workshop and house, taking good precautions not to get paint where it did not belong. Then a few months later, he did painting for my son's home, whick is larger than mine. He did a fine job for him, and my son and his wife were well pleased. I would definitely use him again. This summer we had a complete make over on the outside of our old house and again we are really happy with David and his men's work. All family, friends, neighbors came to look at it and like us they cannot believe it looks so good in the 30 years. Other companies do not compare with his professionalism, price or personality. We have plans for him to build a new raise deck in the back and we cannot wait for him to get started. He is highly recommended. Thanks again David! WE LOVE YOU!

+ 2 moreI left a message on his voicemail and he called me back that evening. He came by to examine the job and make a bid. Once we agreed for him to do the work, he came quickly and finished when he said he would. He was easy to work with.
Description of Work: I had a section of wood fence that was falling. David Salter was one of two to provide a bid. His was the cheaper and simpler of the bids, and it worked.

+ 3 moreIt turned out beautifully and has never looked better. David is personable and basically does what he says he will do. He did sometimes have some difficulties with the guys working within but he did solve them and get with it. I would recommend him. He is very good with his work and he is conscientious. He was going to start work for me when he fell sick after eating at a Mexican restaurant. He picked up some bacteria there and was in hospital for two weeks, and that slowed everything down. It has been awfully hot here and he had to get out of the heat after one or two in the afternoon since he couldn't stand the 100 plus temperatures. I got a better deal with him on the price than I did with the other one. The quality of his work was very good. Everything costs money but you will get your value out of him.
Description of Work: Let David Do It! did some exterior painting and stained my bed. I also had a big workshop and he did some repairs on the outside. He replaced some siding around my house.
