Said he could come give me an estimate and I’m still waiting to hear from him two weeks later. He said it would be a month before he could get to it but I’m not sure whether or not to keep waiting.

I called David to come bid my job. He came the next day. He painted my kitchen and two bathrooms. The job was done when he said it would be. He does excellent work in a timely manner. I would hire him again. He’s a good guy.

We recently used David for a few repairs around our home and were very pleased with the quality of work. David and Tyler were very professional, prompt and pricing was reasonable. We would not hesitate to use them for future projects.

The job was done well, but on the day of the job, I was informed that the discount coupon that was on his Angie's List advertisement was a "mistake" and he would would give me the discount "out of the goodness of his heart" for materials only. (After assuring me when he gave me an estimate several days prior that the coupon would be honored). For me, it wasn't about the money, it was that any trust I had for the man then disappeared. With that being said, my shutters are beautiful and he did show up when he said he would to to the job.

I needed some outdoor painting done with some decayed wood repair with some caulking also. David and his workers did a good job. I would use him again for various handyman work.

David was responsive to our request to come by to give us a quote on some general repairs on our home. He showed up as promised and gave us a quote. While slightly higher than expected, the company was rated "A" on Angie's List and we accepted his pricing and set up the repair for 5/31/16. He showed up on the 31st on time with a helper (Marty) who worked on the sheetrock repairs while David worked on the door and molding repairs. The jobs were completed as expected and the work looks good and the doors now work well. Time will tell how the repairs hold up, but I believe the work was well-done and should stand up well over time. Overall, both my wife and I are very pleased.

David and his crew were very nice to work with, they came and looked at what needed to be done and talked with me about how he planned to do it and even considered suggestions that had. When they came to do the work they got it done fairly quickly and made sure we were happy with the work before they left. Maybe an hour later it was noticed that one of the 3 posts was a little crooked so I called him back and they came back immediately to fix it instead of making us wait who knows how long to get it fixed. But that was my fault since I should've noticed it before they left. Overall we are very happy with their work and their willingness to go out of their way to be sure that they have satisfied customers.

I was pleased with the work David did. He was excellent about being on time or early and keeping in touch with me. I used David in March and then had him back in April.

David did an exceptional job of installing a doggie door. We were very pleased. David is extremely easy to work with and was very punctual and professional. Would highly recommend David.

Nature of job: Pressure wash and repainting of rear deck with replacement/repair of water damaged deck boards; pressure washing of siding of house; replacement and repair of water-damaged wooden garage door frame After trying to call at least 4 different contractors just for an estimate for work on my home (2 never answered messages; 2 stated that they would call me back to schedule a time for an estimate and never did call back nor come by for a look), David answered his telephone and voicemail promptly and was polite and professional. We scheduled a time that was convenient and within just a few days of our initial phone call. On arriving at my door, he greeted me with a good old fashioned handshake, was professional and knowledgable and was perfectly frank about what services he could provide and what he did not do. His estimate sounded very reasonable and he started work promptly. Additionally, though we had never known each other from before, he struck me as someone trustworthy, such that he completed the work on my home while my family and I were out of town. His work was very clean and professional looking and left no trace of any scrap material anywhere. All work was within budget as well. The entire job/interaction was straightforward, pressure-free and absolutely professional. I would recommend David for any carpentry or painting job without reservation and would definitely call upon him for any future needs for my home. If you are looking for someone reliable, prompt, polite, professional and reasonable, he's your guy.

It went very well! He was very polite and professional. He sent us a photo of the job after it was completed (we are out of state). And he was very good at staying in touch and communicating throughout the entire process. I would hire him again if we needed more work done in Arkansas.

After initial contact (04/08/2015) with David giving him my address and phone number he said he would email me that evening. This is 04/12/2015 and I have yet to hear from him. Doesn't seem to be a man of his word.
