They did a great cleaning job. They were late but made up for it by staying extra to do a great job.

Too many people for a short time. Would have been better without them tripping over each other.

A team of 4 women plus company owner Gail arrived at the appointed time with supplies in hand. Gail did a quick look at my home, confirmed the terms of the special deal and assigned each team member an area to begin and then went to work. They worked for an hour and vacuumed, mopped, cleaned 3 and a half baths, dusted as I had requested. In addition they wiped down pictures on the wall, dusted above door frames, removed spider webs. I could hear them communicate with each other about what they had finished and where they were going next. In short they worked beautifully as a team and really did a great job in the time allotted (plus a bit). When I asked, Gail gave her assessment of how often I needed service to maintain my home and gave me a very reasonable quote to provide that service. I have used a house cleaning service in another city and her quote was more than reasonable.

Gail and her crew do an excellent job cleaning out house. I am very sensitive to cleaning product smells and she is able to provide alternative cleaning products to help me out and still get the cleaning job done. She is also sensitive to families on a budget. She will adjust the list of items cleaned and the frequency (biweekly or monthly), to help bring her services within your budget. Gail is also a very pleasant and talkative lady! I highly recommend her team.

Gail was very prompt in returning my multiple calls and requests. I made a cleaning in order of priority with time as a factor. I asked Gail to instruct her crew to start at the top of the list and to go down the list and accomplish what they could during the four hour time allotted. When I returned home, the most important items, top of the list, was not done but i was told they had been. Although, other things had been done such as cleaning the baseboards, which was nice but not on my list and other things that were on the list Weren't done. I reported this to Gail and she came back to the house to finish what had not been done at no extra charge.

The owner was very responsive. She came to look at the house and gave me an estimate and options depending on how much we wanted to spend. We agreed on a price and they came back later in the week to do the cleaning. They were supposed to be there between 1-2, but did not get there until 4:30; however even after a long day the crew did a great job cleaning the house. The stove and refrigerator looked better than we had ever gotten it to look in years. There were a couple of minor things missed (closet in entryway, couple light fixtures), but I called the owner and they came back the next day to do those items. I plan to try to hire them for biweekly cleaning, but my only concern is that the crew was very tired when they arrived late in the afternoon so would want to figure out a day/time where I could be on the morning schedule. They were professional and did quality work, and more importantly they were accessible and responsive. I would recommend them to others.

Gail and her crew are cleaning machines; very thorough. It's more like house detailing than house cleaning.

The company was very dis-organized. After a lot of trouble trying to schedule the deal, I set aside a time for them to come, made the appointment and they never showed up. When I called, they were very confused about which day they were supposed be here.

In just over an hour, a small swarm of workers went through my entire house. Beyond the usual sweep, vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms they did my baseboards, pictures and frames, appliances. It was awesome! They brought all their own tools of the trade. The hardest part was staying out of their way.

I met with gail on wednesday, to go over instructions, estimate the work and price, and schedule the cleaning. she was able to accomodate my need to get the deep cleaning as soon as possible. Gail arrived at 8:15 am Thursday morning with a seven person crew. They brought in their cleaning supplies and equipment. As they entered the house, each member of the team introduced themselves-polite and friendly and immediately began to work. At 9:45, the entire team took a 10 minute break. Gail kept them on schedule-they worked efficiently and as a cohesive unit. After the break, they returned to business and finished at 11:30. Whenever something was amiss Gail came to me to discuss what they uncovered (e.g., broken or burned-out light bulbs). They finished a.little early and began to clean rooms down stairs. Tuesday they return to finish the frost floor. This will include washing the inside the windows, dusting all surfaces to include the ceiling fan. Main level is all hardwood floors. They will sweep, clean/mop, and buff the floors and cabinets, wipe and buff all kitchen appliances (most are stainless), clean the microwave, counter tops and sinks.

We moved out of our old house and wanted to get it ready to rent. It was quite a job, as the big furniture hadn't been moved in 10 years and we have a long-haired cat. Gail and her crew did an exceptional job. They cleaned out all the window sills, bathrooms, kitchen (including the fridge, dishwasher, stove & oven) in addition to the usual dusting and vacuuming. Nothing was overlooked, and the house looked better than the day we moved in. I couldn't believe the house looked almost like it had never been lived in. They delivered above what I ever expected. Everyone on the 6-person crew was friendly and polite. They brought all of their own supplies and did a remarkable job.

Gail and her crew are extremely efficient and professional. Each week 3 to 6 of them descend on our house and leave it 'spic 'n span'. Gail accommodated our schedule and on the only occasion she was running late, she called to let us know. By far, the best house cleaning company I've employed in Huntsville. They were so accommodating to my difficult schedule. A crew of six descended on my house, and had the place spic and span in no time. It was fantastic! I hired them for regular bi-monthly service as soon as I could.

Previous tenant left the house filthy! Gail came to the house, gave me an estimate, returned the next day and cleaned the house. They did an excellent job. They exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them in the future.

I called Gail to deep clean my new house before I moved in. The previous owners had left it uncleaned and there were lots of dustbunnies, dirty floors, etc. from moving furniture out that had not been cleaned behind in a while. Gail was very easy to talk to, as well as professional on the phone, and she and her team were very thorough in cleaning my house. She noticed things that I myself may not have noticed, and was conscientious about following behind contracted painters and the mess they had left (which was not necessarily her responsibility). I could not have gotten a better price anywhere else, and any price would have been worth it to work with someone so accomodating of my needs and so thorough in cleaning.

Overall Excellent Experience!! Talked with owner on the phone and she was very informative and helpful. She always comes out to her jobs ahead of time to give you an accurate estimate. We had a large home and were moving out soon and wanted it cleaned for the new owners. We didn't want a DEEP cleaning, but just the basics. She gave us a very fair estimate and was very flexible on the dates/time we could to the cleaning. She even rescheduled for us the day before because it was taking us longer to get everything packed. The 3 cleaners showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. They worked hard and fast for over 4 hours and the house was immaculate when they were finished. Probably the cleanest it's ever been. I would highly recommend this crew for any cleaning job. They are honest, hard working and do Excellent work... all at a very fair price. Thank you!!

I first contacted Gail (owner) in November to discuss her services and my mother's needs. I live out of town and Gail was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I immediately felt at ease and recommended her to my mom. Gail came out and met with my mom. My mother felt very comfortable with her and scheduled services. They were extremely accomodating to her schedule and now come to the house every two weeks. They have been out three or four times and my mother is extremely pleased. A team of 3 comes out (Gail herself has come) and gets right to work, within 2 hours they have cleaned my mom's house from top to bottom. She has been extremely pleased with their work, their deameanor and feels the price is quite fair.. Both my mother and I highly recommend the services of BG & C cleaning.

The cleaning crew of 5 or 6 people showed up and cleaned every surface all the blinds and baseboards. Every nook and cranny was cleaned.

This is the most professional and pleasant staff of housekeepers I have ever hired. They have been cleaning my house weekly for about a year and I just recently hired them to clean twice a week. They do whatever I ask of them but in general, they clean literally all rooms from top to bottom, including spider webs and baseboards!!! The owner, Gail Bradford is one of the most old fashioned type hard working women I know and she and her staff get the job done, period!!! There are usually 3 or 4 other staff that come with her to clean my ENTIRE house and they manage to make it through in just a few hours because they are a crew verses one person. I feel blessed to have this group and they make my life so much easier!!
