Top To Bottom Cleaning

Description of Work: I contacted Top to Bottom Cleaning about having most of my house cleaned. There were 2 rooms that I was not going to have cleaned. When I initially called, I had to leave a voicemail and my call was returned fairly quickly. Since it was after hours, I was told that someone would call me the next day to arrange a time for someone to come look at the house and give me an estimate. I received a call 2 days later and did set up a time for someone to come over. On the day of the appointment, I had arranged for my mother to go to my house since I was stuck at work. Unfortunately, she at the last minute couldn't go and I left work to run home and meet whoever was going to be there. I was almost 10 minutes late and their representative was waiting outside. We both went and I showed her the rooms I wanted cleaned and she exlained what all they did in detail. She left me some information and told me that another person would call me the next to go over prices and set the cleaning appontment, No one ever called and I never heard another word from this company. I didn't bother to call back. It was apparent to me they obviously didn't want the job.
