Top To Bottom Cleaning

The name of the company is very fitting. They truly cleaned from top to bottom. I was very impressed, and will certainly call on them again.

It's taken me almost a year to leave a review but this company deserves it. After recent service that we received from another company, I realize just how great their service was! They did an excellent and thorough job! Price was great! Would hire again and recommend!

This is a great service. Gina cleans our house and she is great about working around our schedule. Very efficient and reliable- the house sparkles after she is done. Money well spent!

Kim from Top To Bottom Cleaning who had been highly rated on Angie's list and I did get her and she was fantastic and after I have all this work, I will call them to do a deep clean.

What a great company! The owner, Cheryl, is very much involved in the operation and always follows up on how the cleaning went. Price is about what you would expect but the service and work performed exceeds my expectation which makes it a great value. We have 4 kids, one is a newborn, so my intent was to make things easier for my wife and they graciously modified their normal cleaning routines slightly to accommodate our needs. Positive experience all around. PS if you are lucky Kim will clean your place, she's just great. It's a shame we are moving! When you see the price, realize it's for a 3000 square foot house with 4 kids, a cat and a dog.

Cheryl and her folks are by far the best cleaning service in the area. She does our house and always leaves it perfectly clean. We've also had other cleaners from the service and they do just as well. For the cost, it's a great value since Cheryl usually finishes in about 4 hours (3000 sq ft house) and has great attention to detail.

Sheryl, the business owner scheduled Kim to complete a deep Spring Cleaning of our entire home. She cleaned our 14' ceilings. moldings, ceiling fans, baseboards, bathrooms, changed the bed linens and cleaned our entire house. Kim was very professional, detail oriented and aimed to please. Sheryl called first thing this morning to make sure we were satisfied. It is such a pleasure to work with a company that genuinely cares about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction at a fair price. I highly recommend this company and look forward to using them weekly.

Kim arrived directly before expected. After touring the house, she began cleaning and continued until the house was in the best shape it's been in for some time. I had her use some of the products which I prefer and there was no problem with that. Anything I requested was taken care of. One of my rooms is a mini-hoarding area, and Kim was able to even work around that. I would not hesitate to use her again…and again.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the services I received. Communication from Kim was excellent. She came by and toured the condos to prepare my estimate and was able to rearrange her schedule to accommodate my very specific schedule as I was only in town for a couple of days. Kim was very thorough and cleaned way beyond my expectations. Wish I could use Top to Bottom at my Birmingham home!

Top To Bottom Cleaning is alright. She's a good cleaner and we use her regularly. She does a good job. I really have no complaints.

After initial phone call, Kim came out two days later at my request for an estimate . From the beginning she was professional , knowledgable and friendly. We agreed on the estimate and luckily for us she was able to clean our home 2 days later. As we were expecting house guests we really were pleased to have a thorough cleaning. Our large 2 story lake house took a full day, but Kim was like the energizer bunny! She worked tirelessly and was excellent. She is an asset to the company. I received a follow up phone call to make sure we were pleased along with an offer to correct anything --no problems to correct, but appreciated the offer. We were very pleased with all aspects, and will definitely use again . Great experience Top to Bottom!

I was more than pleased with the entire cleaning!!

After moving my elderly parents into our home, there was so much more cleaning that needed to be done with two additional people living in the household. Also, because there are so many medical equipment items in the home now (i.e. walkers, portable toilet, etc.), it has become more difficult to clean our home. Cheryl overcame all of these obstacles and did a wonderful job. My husband and I are relieved to have her help and will continue to use her services indefinitely.

I wanted to give my Aunt a deep, deep cleaning for her home. She has been battling cancer for over a year and not able to clean. Since I live 150 miles away, it was hard for me to help her with her house. I went on Angie's list and found this company. I called this company and discussed my situation with Cheryl. She trusted me to visit my Aunt's house, give me a quote, and do the work!! My Aunt was thrilled. She said Kim was on time, discussed what my Aunt wanted, and got to work. She worked for 8 hours and left her house sparkling. The reason for the price was the length of time since the house had been deep cleaned. My Aunt could not praise Kim enough for her attention to detail.This was the perfect gift my Aunt needed. She is still thanking me for giving her a gift that she can enjoy for months.

From the beginning she impressed both my husband and I with her professionalism. We worried that her estimate would be out of reach for us, but she recommended a deep cleaning first and later a lesser price for the regular cleanings. We just had our deep cleaning and the house just glowed. She and her staff come when they promise, do the work well and ask for feedback. We are very happy to have found her, and recommend her for her work and her reasonable rates.

Sharon was punctual and arrived right at the scheduled time. She was pleasant courteious and willing to please. She went right to work and did an excellent job except for one or two small tables that were not dusted. She left a "Report card"sort of form for us to fill out and said that she would come back to finish something if we were not satisfied with her service. The itesm she missed were so minor that I did not call her back but I will tell her the next time she comes what she missed. We have her scheduled on a monthly basis at the present time. We are very glad to have found someone who appears to be motivated and willing to please. She said a routine "regular" cleaning will only be $100 and she estimates that job will take approximately 4 hours. Although her price sounds high I challange anyone to find someone like Sharon who will do as good a job as she did. When she finished she asked us to walk through the house with her and inspect her work.
