They did an excellent job. The actual leak was not on the faucet itself, but the plumbing leading to it. They used gas torch to fix the leak on the metal plumbing. They also replaced the outdoor faucet.

Great response within 24 hours of coupon purchase and scheduled a time to perform the work around my schedule. Very professional and went way beyond expectations in providing information on how the defect occurred and actions I could take to maintain the new faucet to keep a similar problem from occurring again. I will be using the company again!

A little confusion over the day for the install, but other than that it went great. Removed old kitchen faucet and installed new. This was a offered Angies List deal.

They unclogged a sink drain in a timely fashion.

The two men who showed up were on time and pleasant enough but the final bill, in my opinion, was excessive for the amount and type of work performed, especially considering that I supplied the faucets to be installed.

They were complete with the work and gone within an hour. The only problem was that the voucher was $39 for 2 hours of plumbing work. They insisted that I pay them $100 on top of the voucher. Their reasoning was that it took them an hour to drive to my house. I was never informed of any limit on coverage area. I paid it but I had a feeling I had experienced a scam.

The provider installed two toilets, one at the coupon discounted rate.

Follow up was commendable; a company employee discovered on his own a bent metal line and called for assistance to correct with no cost to me.

The plumber left and gave us the impression all of our plumbing needed to be redone and all of our current plumbing was not "up to code". We had two more plumbers come and give us estimate's, both of which had completely different estimates as Cahaba Plumbing. We also had a neighbor come warn us about Cahaba Plumbing after seeing their car parked in front of our house.

Excellent work. Very quick response. It did not take that long to fix the shower leak. It was a very loose packing nut at the hot water cut off that was very hard to reach, but both George and Leon fixed it without having to saw any of the shower fiberglass. These two master plumbers also discovered that my pressure reducing valve had failed and needed replacing. Both were very professional and gladly answered all of my questions.

Jan was the best! Professional, prompt, and honest. He responded same day to my service, showing up just a few hours after we first spoke. He was diligent and was able to clear the drain in my old house. Will use him again in the future!

Had to continue postponing because of his other engagements and weather, so didn't get work done until after the date I needed them. The person I spoke with did not come, some of his other workers came. They were very nice and professional. I supplied my own new faucet and it took about an hour and one half to complete. The charge at first was $140 until I showed him the Angie's List agreement which he knew nothing about. He had to call someone in which he went outside to do. When he came back he said the charge was $80.00

Two men arrived on time, diagnosed my plumbing problem and replaced the water pressure regulator. Good work, no problems since.

I bought a one hour deal and had the surprise to be served by two plumbers. They were very qualified and provided clear answers to my question. Overall, the service was great and the problems got fixed for a reasonable price.

They were good. He came out about a week or two after I purchased the deal. They were very accommodating. There were no additional charges on top of the deal. They came out and cleaned it. It is old plumbing and I just wanted to have it cleaned to make sure it didn't back up like it did before. It was preventative. They were very prompt.

This was the second time I purchased a deal with Cahaba Plumbing. The first time it took about a month for the service to be performed. The plumber told me his son was in the hospital so I tried to understand the delay. Then some confusion arose because he had me confused with someone who lived in Gardendale, I live in Hoover. Finally, when he was ready to install my faucet, a Moen, he wanted me to take the faucet back and buy another brand from a particular store in Avondale. I had purchased 2 faucets for adjoining rooms at the same time. It would delay the installation additional days if I tried to return and then drive to purchase new faucets. I preferred he install the one I had. The plumber installed the faucet and then made a small adjustment to the faucet that was dripping in the tub. I offered to pay him, but he said "no charge" for the tub since he was late. There were delays again as referenced above. This time he had me confused with someone else in Fultondale. The emails we exchanged should have been clear enough from the time he inquired about a septic tank and I told him I didn't have one. Since Cahaba didn't do the work but sent another company to do it, filling in the alternative above was difficult. The alternate company arrive and did the work well.
