Perfect. No surprises and fast.
Description of Work: Replaced all of my bathroom sink and tank shut-off valves. Corrected a gas valve install from previous contractor. As well as some other odds and ends. Jan did a great job of communicating and scheduling.

Description of Work: Jan of Cahaba Plumbing replaced the outside faucet. This was one of the Angie's Lists special deals. We're happy with the repair and it took him only about 15 minutes, but it was difficult to schedule a time. Then he was about two hours late. He said he was working on an emergency job, but didn't call to let us know he was running late. I have a feeling he may have more business than he can handle.

thank you for the review sometimes it is very difficult to schedule appointments. I go out to clean out a toilet and its there whole sewer system backed up. I have to stay there and clean the line out which takes a lot longer. or the customer wants extra work done. so instead of 1/2 hour I am there for hours. then I am late to my next appointment.. scheduling gets pretty crazy sometimes
