Description of Work: Fixed leak in kitchen faucet. They were on time. Did the job quickly. This is the second time I have used them and would do so again.

Description of Work: The 2 men came in and checked the gas connection and validate no leakage and then took the ceramic log off of the gas log burner to clean them and re-install.

Description of Work: Replaced sewer line form house to street. Responded quickly and on a Sunday. We live 200 miles from Birmingham and Jan remained in contact by phone, fax and e-mail as work was done on occupied rental house.

Description of Work: Water tank was leaking - came on a Friday, late afternoon. Very responsive, prompt, courteous, professional. Able to replace the very next day in the morning.

Description of Work: I initially had a coupon for gas log cleaning. He came out and looked at my logs and heard my complaint and said they weren't worth cleaning, I just need new ones. I also had a clogged kitchen sink. He said he fixed it, but he didn't. However, he had someone come out and fix it the next day. He did apply my coupon to the charge for the clogged sink. No problems since. I had them come back out to install my new gas logs. I've not had plumbing service before, so I don't really have anything to compare the pricing too. They did a good job, usually got to servicing within 24 hours, and were always friendly. My only complaint would be the lack of professionalism. The calls are routed to a cell phone, so if the owner is busy or driving he can't take down my information. He would ask me to call him back and remind him to look at his schedule and fit me in.

Description of Work: They checked my gas logs, gas valve, and gas line connections. All okay except one log has a split in it and needs to be replaced. The tech, Greg, told where I could go to buy a replacement. I'm so glad the tech found that because he said it could cause carbon monoxide when used with a split in it. There was nothing to clean out in my fireplace. Glad I had this inspection done so I know it's okay to use it on these cold days and nights.

Description of Work: Installed a new toilet. After several schedule attempts it went very well. The installer was very prompt. He did a great job with no mess!!

Description of Work: Well they did a good job. Found more issues that needed handling and worked on extremely cold days! The only hiccup was scheduling but it all worked out.

Description of Work: He fixed a running toilet. It was very difficult to get him to commit to a time to come to my house - took 10 days to get him over, but he did a good job once he came.

Description of Work: Repaired "runny" toilet. | |The scheduling was a bit of a problem. The original date they were supposed to come, they never showed. I called late that afternoon and they claimed to be unaware of the appointment. I was told they would call the next day to reschedule. Instead they just showed up the next day unannounced. Fortunately, I was home. |The work was done quickly and professionally and I have not had any problem with the toilet since the repair.

Description of Work: They installed 3 faucets in two bathrooms and unstopped a clogging sink in the other bath. Although they were pricy, I didn't have an opportunity to shop around like I normally do. I expected reasonable price and had sticker shock!
