Description of Work: Bought a $39 plumbing deal and had it scheduled for today, after cutting a meeting short and traveling back to Birmingham, AL from Atlanta, GA they call me and tell me that they thought I had it scheduled for tomorrow, to me that was unacceptable and I just want my money back for this deal because that was very unprofessional.

Description of Work: The outdoor faucet was not repaired. They wanted to make a hole in a bedroom to access the pipes. An appointment was not made. They were sitting in my driveway when I got home. They did not charge me for the visit which made the situation a whole lot better.
