Description of Work: Cahaba Plumbing installed a garbage disposal for me. I purchased the service directly through Angie's List. Cahaba Plumbing called me within 10 minutes after the purchase to schedule. My only issue with them is that when I had to call to reschedule, I could not get ahold of the company. I left several messages without a call back. It was 6 days later when I received a call that asked if I was home and they immediately sent a service tech. However, the tech was wonderful, and did a professional, efficient job. My disposal has worked like a charm since.

Description of Work: "Required plumbing was eventually completed but only after several missteps. Materials needed were not on the truck and two trips to a supply house was required, fi rst attempt had to be removed and replaced because the plumber miscalculated the thickness of the piping and was unable to replace the sheetrock. The oiginal bill included all the hours for both plumbing installations and supply acquistion. After a meeting with the owner, the bill was adjusted to a more reasonable amount."

Description of Work: The plumber did go to great lengths to find us. I appreciate that. They were to have been here at 9:30 am but got there around 11:00 am. The person who came said he fixed our downstairs but it's running water more than when he came. I have not had time to call them because my hubby is sick. The service I called about was the upstairs seal but he finished in less than 2 minutes so my husband could not check. The plumber was there less than 10 minutes.

Description of Work: Fixed the leak under the sink. Found the problem very easily and also suggested switching the hot and cold hose which had been installed the wrong way. I was very happy with that. |Seemed a little less enthiusiastic about fixing the leak in the shower head. He just told me to change the washers and see if that would get it.
