Description of Work: The company charged $600 to replace plumbing equipment that did not fix the high water pressure problem. They had to return to replace the faulty pressure regulator valve that fixed the problem. that was another $300. the delay in replacing the valve caused additional waterline leaks so they returned a third time at a charge of almost $300.

Description of Work: Extremely hard to schedule. It took over a month to get them to my house. They told me more than once that they would call me back and did not, when I was trying to schedule the service call. I finally called repeatably and followed up until I got it scheduled. They did have the knowledge and expertise to resolve the issue and the technician was pleasant to deal with.

Description of Work: Special price through Angie's List. Needed fireplace safety inspection and a gas pipe leak repaired. There was a mix up or misunderstanding about the agreed upon time of appointment, but I was eventually contacted, and someone came out that night. Work was done in an efficient and professional manner. I would use them again.

I am so sorry that you where disappointed in not being able to run you a new ice maker for free. We did completly rebuild under the kitchen sink with new drains and basket strainers. Which should last you a long time!!! The new guy I sent out originally was very disappointing I know. Hope we made it up to you!!!
