+ -1 moreThey charge us approximately $500 a year. It's a national company. They send out people. You call them and then they say yea or nay and then they assign a company and blah, blah. We haven't had to use them in the last couple of years, but when we did use them they were very good. They assign the work to somebody else.
Description of Work: We use Choice Home Warranty. They are a home warranty company. We last used them for the washing machine.

+ -1 moreWhat stands out to me is the convenience of being able to have a company that you call and them take care of the problem. That is what you need especially, you/I own several properties.
