I will be remodeling my other bathroom in 2016 and will contract with him. Will not even bother to shop round. I have built 4 other homes and I have extensive experience with contractors.

Description of Work: This job is a complete renovation of the bath area of the master bathroom. |The old tub and separate shower were removed, and a new shower of travertine tile was installed. |The new shower is approximately 5' square with 7' tall tile walls. The entry is designed |for easy access. One wall consists of a clear glass panel 6' high and 5' long. The work was done |within a week to minimize down time. We're pleased with the results.

Description of Work: The front panel on our jetted tub in our master bath slid out and shattered so we needed to get a new panel that matched the existing tile (a cultured marble) and also have it installed so that it wouldn't slide out again. I called Gullion Tile and while they didn't do this type of work, he was very happy to refer me to another vendor (Artistic Marble) in Huntsville that he had worked with before and recommended highly. And he told me that if Artistic Marble couldn't do the job to call him back and he would help me find someone else. I was so appreciative of his willingness to not only refer me to another vendor but also to call him back if for some reason, they couldn't do it. A lot of businesses wouldn't offer this! (Artistic Marble did a wonderful job, BTW.) I would definitely contact Gullion Tile again if I needed tile work done.

Description of Work: Gullion Tile was one of three companies that I got estimates from for removing a leaking cultured marble shower stall and replacing it with a tiled one. Gullion Tile came in with the highest bid of the three, and the longest available start time however, I went with his company because he was the most knowledgeable contractor that I interviewed when it came to answering questions about the materials to be used, install methods, and time needed for each stage of the install. The cost of his services for my job did not include the tile, grout or shower door. I purchased the tile I wanted for the job and had also drew up on graph paper the layout pattern I wanted. I know from past experience that a lot of contractors would have been put off by my pattern design for the tile but Andy and his team did a fantastic job. His installer Ron (and when I get ready to do the guest bath I intend to ask for him specifically)was always on time, professional in his attitude with my suggestions or last minute changes and a true craftsman. I would recommend Andy Gullion and his team to anyone who wants truly outstanding work done in their home.

Description of Work: Complete master bath remodel and update, including design suggestions, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, dry-wall, cabinets, sky-light, fixtures, water heater, tile, and paint. Andy Gullion was very professional, responsive, and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. They did not have the cheapest quote, but were by far not the most expensive. I believe they gave me a fair price for very high quality work. | |Nothing ever goes perfectly in a large project, but when I had minor issues or concerns with the sub-contractors, Andy resolved them quickly, professionally, and to my satisfaction. Andy also called back a few months after the project was complete to make sure everything was still OK - that is the first time I have ever had a contractor call me back after a job. | |I've been delinquent on providing this feedback, but even after a year and a half, I am still very satisfied with our results. Description of Work: Andy Gullion and his crew installed tile in 2 bathrooms. This included tear out of old carpet, cultured marble bath and shower, old tile, and linoleum. It was a big project, and we were impressed with their punctuality and professionalism. Their work was excellent. Andy helped us come up with a design for the shower and floor, and also helped us economize the use of some of the more expensive tile since we were on a budget. His team successfully removed a large whirlpool and tub, put in a tub surround, and reinstalled the tub. The shower looks amazing - they put in a bench as well which really adds a lot to the appearance. Most importantly, Andy and his team fixed our shower drainage problems (a leaking shower is what forced us to remodel) and made sure that the new shower would not leak like the old one did. I would not hesitate to used them again.

Description of Work: Andy Gullion adapted my shower to be better accessible to me in in my wheelchair. His attention to detail and professionalism is unparalleled to any other company in this field I've experienced. He also trimmed the ceramic tile work he did to enhance the aesthetic appearenc of the original tile work done by the building contractor. He was very thorough to ensure the cement and waterproof base was as perfect as could be before laying the tile on top.

Description of Work: Gullion Tile completed a remodel in my master bathroom. I did all the demolition work and puchased all of the materials. Andy Gullion and his crew installed a tile shower, built a tub surround, installed a new tub and built a beautiful tile surround around our tub. They also installed new tile on our floor and also did some light plumbing work.

Description of Work: Deconstruction of old tile bathroom floor. Deconstruction of an old tile shower and the drop ceiling above it. Also deconstruction of the floor of the shower and rotten boards beneath it. Installation of a new shower pan and liner. New tile bathroom floor, new tile shower installed. Hardware put back in place. New shower door installed.

Description of Work: Complete remodel of 3/4 bath in MBR. Removed old shower stall, flooring and toilet. Tiled wall and floor.

Description of Work: Remodeled Master Bath included tear out old ceramic tile shower, replace with updated tile. Andy designed the look of the shower which is about 8 ft. X 4 ft. Also replaced floor tiles and tiled around the bath tub and bathroom window. Raised the existing vanity and placed on legs to look like piece of furniture. trimmed out around the bathroom floor. The trim work was very precise.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced bathroom floor tiles installed by another contractor during an addition to the house about 8 years ago. Mr. Gullion first analyzed the failure of the existing tile bathroom floor. He checked the condition of piers and timbers supporting the bathroom. He then checked the condition of defective adhesive, grout, and backing board in the floor area where tiles had cracked. He suggested eliminating repairs in a shower area where the tiles were supported by a concrete pan in a rubber liner tied in directly to the plumbing system - he said re-tiling the entire floor would cost a lot more, and the improvement might be esthetically a little nicer, but not functionally better.
