Fantastic! Andy Gullion and his team are the best in the business! I cannot imagine working with a better group of professionals. From the initial design phase through demolition, rebuild and final touchups, we were always very impressed with the excellent work, courteous interactions, cleanliness of the project, timeliness, and consideration of our special needs and schedules. They continually went the extra mile to ensure we were completely satisfied and they always exceeded our expectations. There were some problems with the stone used in one of the bathroom shower shelves (not their fault) and when I mentioned it casually during the kitchen remodel three years later they completely replaced that at no charge! I would recommend them highly for any new build or remodel!

Work went well, just took a couple more weeks than we wanted it to but overall job was completed and we are happy with the work. Andy was easy to contact and any concerns we had were checked out and addressed.

Overall, excellent. Andy Gullion has been one of the most professional, responsive, and attentive providers that I have ever had on my property. There were some minor plumbing issues, but they were quickly resolved.

Andy worked me into his schedule but, because of this, the installation to longer than was initially planned.

Andy was very polite and on time. He assessed the leak and suggested an inexpensive and fairly easy solution that I was able to do myself. He ended up saving us a lot of money. In the future he will be the first person we call when we need help.

Andy Gullion and his team are the most professional workers I've ever met. Andy's team has expert tilers, drywallers, painters, plumbers, and electricians. We discussed the work we wanted and Andy quoted a reasonable price. We described the look we wanted for the bathroom and with Andy's vast experience in remodeling he assisted us greatly in making decisions about style, colors, and materials. The team did the work in less time than projected and exactly on budget. The team respected our home while they worked. We could not be happier with the work and the outcome.

Been using the shower for about a month and everything is working great. The workmanship and quality of the job are supreme. Overall, working with Gullion Design and Renovation was a great experience. Even though this job was small, I was impressed how Andy Gullion and team approached the job like it was a major renovation. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!

We had a leaking shower, and Andy was very gracious to work with. He took out the old shower and installed a completely new tiled shower. He suggested tiles that would suit our needs and design features. All of his employees that came to our house were very conscientious about arriving on time, doing a good job, being organized, and vacuuming afterwards. Our new shower looks great! Andy does quality work and is very responsive to questions and requests. I highly recommend him.

Andy Gullion and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job in all aspects. Andy's design skills and personal touches were wonderful and the renovations are nicer than I ever could have imagined! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every detail and did not quit us until we were completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend him!

Andy provided a complete assessment of our bathroom tile floor, shower, and installation problems that we encountered 3 years after completion. He gave us an independent thorough analysis and walked us through every step, his observation and his proposed solution. After a long day of work... he still took the time to explain everything. We are very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and desire to do the right thing! We look forward to working with Andy in the future!

Andy arrived promptly for our first meeting and gave me a detailed cost & time estimate as well as a start date. He was always great to work with, just a super guy. We provided all the materials for the job. There were some headaches along the way but what remodel isn't? It took 6 weeks instead of 3. Some of the tiling had to be re-done to our satisfaction; although Andy had bought a special cutting blade to cut the tile around the shower head, the workman just cut a square that was visible even w/the flange in place; unfortunately, they used another color grout when they re-installed that 1 tile. The toilet ended up too close to the shower and Andy had the toilet moved a proper distance from the glass shower door which involved a half day of drilling through concrete and replacing the drain pipe. We had the vanity & granite installed by other contractors and used a friend's paint company, but Gullion tile did everything else. Our bathroom is now both beautiful and functional. We plan to use Andy again before the end of 2015 to do some remodeling in our mail bathroom as well.

A total nightmare! We were quoted a time frame of 3-5 days and work was finally "completed" at about the 6 week mark. the sub contractors had to be told to come in and do work after being MIA for days on end, they left horrible messes, including getting mud and paint all over our carpets and furniture. the ceilings were scrapped and then not mudded smooth. to Andy's credit, he did try and make up for the shoddy job by providing extra services. Some of his subs painted the ceilings at no extra cost. It was a bad paint job, but it was still offered. We are going to have to repaint every wall in the house because there is a 2-6 inch ring of drywall mud at the ceiling/wall border of every room now. Horrible quality would never recommend for drywall work.

As new and recent customers of Andy Gullion and Gullion Tile, we are very happy to give a hearty recommendation to him and his excellent workers. We discovered that Andy is very well known and well respected in the Huntsville and Madison County area by the vendors and suppliers that we dealt with during our project, as well as with the general community and his many clients. He AND his workers are pleasant to work with and are definitely customer success oriented. It was really interesting to watch Andy, and to hear him come in from time to time and give really expert guidance and instructions to his workers, being sure to keep the direction of the work right in sync with what we wanted. He was like the specialist surgeon, knowing exactly what and how the work at hand needed to be done and very calmly and methodically proceeded in that manner. Cons? Ha! When you're dealing with the very best there is, and we mean that, there's little room for faults. He treated us very well, always respectful and professional, and he did an outstanding job on a prolonged (due to our limitations) bathroom project that was extremely challenging due to some unique design elements that we requested. We will say that if you are lucky enough to get scheduled into his very busy services, you should know that he has to text a lot to keep thnigs moving smoothly. Often, if you call him, he will text you back saying he is in a meeting and that he will either text or call you back soon. Likewise, when you are meeting with him, he may sometimes text a reply to other customers or to his workers while you are talking, which at first we found to be distracting because we felt we didn't have his full attention. But as our project progressed, we found that he multi-tasks very well, and also seemed to put in place our needs to our satisfaction, even if we were not sure he had heard us. Finally, we have more bathroom projects needing his attention, and we won't have to weed through future unknown professional bathroom contractors. We know exactly whom to call. Don't nobody call Andy in July, as we hope to get worked back into his schedule for upcoming work!!! His bathroom remodeling is truly Cadillac quality with down home friendliness at a reasonable price. We welcome any inquiries and photo requests about his out-of-this-world fine work.

Great job. Helped us re-design our bathroom. His suggestions opened up the space. Very up-to-date on latest tradecraft. High quality workmanship. Very accommodating to me doing portions of the work (plumbing, etc.) and helped me find a plumber for the difficult stuff. Workers were trustworthy. Guarantees work.

We started the project on 17 June 2013, the majority of the work was finished by 1 September 2013. There were a few problems with the tile on the shower floor and some finishing tasks in the bathroom that have now been addressed. Andy has great vision and imagination when you are planning your project. He explains how he will install your shower to guarantee that it won't leak...my husband, a structural engineer, was very impressed with the system. My only complaint with Gullion tile is that they have too many projects at one time for the number of staff. This sometimes caused workers to be assigned tasks they were ill-qualified to do. This would cause delays in the project when the work had to be redone. Our bathroom, bedroom, powder and laundry room now look great and I show them off every chance I get. Andy is friendly and really wants you to be pleased with the result.

Andy is superbly responsive no matter when I text him with a question or something that I was not comfortable with he was either out there the next day or had one of his top men out there to ease my concerns. His men did not leave the site each day until I was happy with the work they did for that day. Once while discussing the lighting situation with Andy; we were sitting on the back porch deciding what under cabinet lighting to use. I noticed out of the corner of my eye about a five foot long snake crawling along the house. Andy very calmly got up, ask for a stick and a box and placed the snake in a box and I took it down to a field and turned it lose. So he goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer.

They were on budget and on time. Andy was very professional every step of the way and his workers were great. The plumber he used was great and almost a friend now. We will definitely be using them again in the future as we modernize and update our household.

I picked him due to his high rating on angie's list..have no idea how he earned that rating but from me he earned not only an F but an -F.

He did all that I asked plus more as was needed.

They did a fabulous job. They did a very good job and I was very happy. The price was reasonable.
