Since then, I ve experienced two main issues the grout on the shower bench is coming loose and the flooring wasn t installed properly. On top of that, the provider caused damage to my property, including holes in the wall. The last time I heard from them was on March 14th, 2025, when they said they would come back to fix everything, but they never returned. I paid approximately $10,700 in cash and signed a contract for the work, which included a five-year warranty. At this point, I m simply asking for them to come back and complete the job as promised."
