Description of Work: Replaced disposal; reset and sealed drains on right side. Very nice worker. Did not have replacement on truck and traveled to obtain it, and we paid for the travel - as they all charge for this - but he was very quick. Somewhat more $ than I expected, but quickly and professionaly done.

Description of Work: The plumber replaced toilet seals on three toilets very quickly. Unfortunately the toiilet off the MBR started leaking again after 3 months. Bowers had the plumber come back as soon as we called and reset the toilet that was leaking. He assured me that the price would be less if we called Bowers for plumbing work from now on.

Description of Work: Water heater was not producing hot water. It took two different trips out and two charges but we were still satisfied. In fact, after the tenant let the water freeze a few days ago the hot water heater is not functioning. We called them today and they will be out first thing tomorrow morning. So we have and will definitely use them again. I'll report how this experience will be after tomorrow.

 + -1 moreWhen I called for service the dispatcher told me that there was a guy in my area and said he could be at my home in 30 min. Sure enough he was there. After crawling under the house and determining that the leak was coming from in the house, he put booties on his feet before coming inside(I really appreciated that). He replaced the cold line pipe that connected to the faucet. He was there a little less then an hour. We will be having other work done and will be calling them. Being new to the area was a disadvantage, so I got on Angie's list and picked this company based on the reviews. What a helpful tool.
Description of Work: I thought I had a leak in the crawl space, but it was quickly determined that it was coming from under the kitchen sink. He replaced a pipe and the leak stopped.

 + -1 moreI called Bower Plumbing for an appointment for the original leak in the water line and the tub drain leak. The tech arrived promptly and inspected the problem and realized that he needed additional parts which he procured and returned shortly. He installed the parts in short order. One day later, I determined I could not replace the cartridge in the tub faucet so I called for the tech to return and replace the cartridges. Again he arrived promptly as scheduled. He surveyed and determined what was needed and was unable to find the needed parts since the faucet was approximately 30 years old. We discussed the situation and he recommended replacing the faucet with one having more available parts. I agreed to this but the tech indicated that his schedule was full the next day so it would be a day later before he could return. He did return again right on schedule and promptly installed the new faucet in half the time he had estimated to do the installation. Following this interval, I later determined the tub drain was still leaking. I called the company with my problem and they promptly established a schedule for the tech to return and correct the problem. The tech arrived as scheduled, surveyed the problem and suggested replacing the drain mechanism with a different type which I agreed to since it had a more positive control of water drain. The tech replaced the drain mechanism quickly labeling it as warranty work. We were very pleased with the overall tasks performed by the tech, very impressed with his professionalism and demeanor. I would highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: The tech corrected a leak in the feed line to a bath tub faucet, replaced a handle on the tub drain control, replaced a two handle/shower faucet. Additionally, the tub drain item failed to correct the problem so the tech returned and replaced the tub drain mechanism under the company warranty policy. The only additional charge was for the part and credit was given for the part removed during the original repair.

Description of Work: My toilet was leaking above the cut off valve along with the float being loose. The plumber replaced the flex line with a fixed one. He also replaced the float part. It was an one hour service call.
