This company was recommended by a friend the 1st time that we used them; And when I needed a plumber on a different occasion, I IMMEDIATELY thought of them. They are awesome. And on each occasion, I had a different service repairman. I will use them again. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They are easy to talk to and I have been completely satisfied each time we have used them. We will definitely use them again and would recommend to everyone for their plumbing needs.

This work, like all other work I've had Bowers Plumbing do, was fast, efficient and professional. Chris has been our plumber twice at our previous home and once at our current home. Our first previous job with Bowers was to replace a frozen and cracked water pipe within a wall. The second was to rescue my wife's engagement ring from the overflow drain of a sink while I was away on travel. He was able to get it out without destroying the sink or damaging the ring. The last time I hired Bowers, Chris was yet again our plumber. We had a toilet backing up in our half bath. I hadn't considered that this toilet was the lowest drain in our home, which means that a blockage in the main drain line would show first at this toilet. Chris taught me that. This blockage has happened before but I was able to plunge it out. I didn't feel like fighting it and making a mess again this time, so that's why I called Bowers. Chris ran a 75' snake through the drain with a cutter head and a power auger. We haven't had a problem since. If you need plumbing work done, call Bowers first. The service is first rate and the prices are extremely reasonable. They are now my "go to" plumber. So much so that I'd be willing to wait for them to have an open spot and deal with a plumbing problem until they were able to come to my home to fix it. Thanks for always being there for us Chris!

My neighbor recommended Bowers Plumbing Company to me after he had quite a bit of plumbing done in a renovation project of his. I called the company, and they had a person (Robert) come the next day. He re-routed some plumbing pipes and tied the water pipes to the new water heater. He also installed an expansion tank. He did excellent work and gave me a very reasonable price. I will definitely use him again if I need a plumber, and I will recommend him to my friends.

The price seemed a bit extravagant, so I attempted to resolve this price by calling to no resolve at that time. I paid this price. Yesterday I called to notify Bowers Plumbing that their repair is leaking again in the same spot. They said that the pipe probably froze over the winter and their warranty is only 90 days, and there will be a charge. Ok, I understand warranties, but I replied that a frozen pipe always has a crack in it due to the fact that water expands when it freezes causing Hoop stress around the pipe causing it to crack. I informed them that the present area of the pipe has no crack, it was a faulty joint when the original repair was performed. They then refused to even come back to the home and get involved, and said that I should find someone else to perform the repair. Wow! So, if you wish to have this type of low quality work, and would like a professional business not to stand behind their work, then Bowers Plumbing is for you! Just Sayin. By the way it took over 24 hours for them to even set up an appointment this time, while the leak continues.

They cleaned up after they finished the job. They were prompt and know what they were doing. They completed the job within a couple hours. The employees give me information when I ask them. They are nice people to deal with.

I had got the estimate 4 or 5 months previously but just didn't have it done. I did get other estimates for same work and other companies estimates were higher. Later on when I had no choice but to have it replaced I called back and they honored the same estimate without any problem. This was for a rental house and I just paid them after it was completed with a credit card over the phone. Very easy and convenient for me.

Bowers is excellent! Bobby came to view the job. He even helped us move the large vanity cabinet and cut holes so we could get it out. Chris was the plumber. He was quick and efficient. He advised us to do something different than my husband had originally thought needed to be done. Good advice, and it involved much less disruption to the wall and vanity. We are confident the pipes will no longer freeze. We will definitely use Bowers in the future. If you have work that is not urgent, plan on waiting about a week. They are good, which means they are busy. It is worth the wait.

Arrived on time and was very friendly. He wore protective covers on his shoes to protect my floors. He was very professional, friendly and I could not believe how fast he worked. The price was very reasonable. BUT, he did not listen to me that I did not want the line to the ice maker connected. Without asking me he pulled my refrigerator out on my hardwood floors. The refrigerator has lock down levelers that has to be raised before it can be moved. By not asking me and dragging the refrigerator across my hardwood floors he left drag marks and ridges in my hardwood floor. I told him that all I wanted was for the valve to be replaced under the sink and I did not want the line to the ice maker connected. I even told him that I did not want to reuse the plastic line that was connected to the valve, but he reused it after I told him not to. Bower's Plumbing has wonderful customer service and has done everything possible to correct the problems. The office personnel are really friendly and very professional. They made sure that I was completely satisfied. I could not ask for better service.

arrived on time and as promised, quickly surveyed the area, made a determination on parts and labor, we agreed and he quickly gathered both tools and parts necessary to complete the installation and then the technician quickly got to work and assembled/installed everything as necessary

We had a small drip from hot water pipe and wanted it fixed before it got worse. I called Bowers office at 2:30 pm, explained that I didn't think it was urgent today. However, they had an afternoon cancellation and Justin arrived at my house by 4. He checked out the problem, including a bad outside faucet. He explained what the problems were and had everything fixed in about an hour. He was very professional. We were very pleased with the service and will certainly call Bowers again and request Justin if he's available.

I had just bought a 4-plex. Then the nightmare started. 1 apartment was paying the water bill for 2 apartments. The tenants were up in arms, and Huntsville Utilities was insisting that I dig up the yard to correct the problem. A family member told me about Bowers and I called in desperation. The Bowers technician was courteous and prompt. He spent hours trying to find the problem, insisting that we don't dig up the yard yet. He found the problem and corrected it immediately, fixing a 20+ year problem! I was expecting the cost to be several thousand dollars. When the $650 bill came in, I was thrilled. I would highly recommend Bowers to anyone who wants professional, reliable service. Excellent

This is the second time I have used this company. I initially called them to repair a leaking drain line that was flooding the crawlspace in a new home we were buying. They did great work on that job. I had them inspect the plumbing and provide quotes for the remaining work. This time they extended a hot water tank expansion drain from the crawlspace to the exterior of the home. They had to take a long route to the side of the house due to code issues with the porches on the house. They were also to excavate and repair an incorrectly installed cleanout. They scheduled me for Memorial Day service. They were prompt and courteous. The gentleman who came excavated the cleanout and found that it had been properly installed, but did not appear so from an initial, above ground inspection. They also completed the remaining work. I was not charged any extra for Holiday work. The work was completed promptly and professionally. I felt that they did a great job with clean-up. The service was top-rate. I would definitely use this company again.

we noticed slight water damage in the ceiling of our hallway. called bowers plumbing in the afternoon and guessed it would be the next day before receiving a service call but the plumber came in the same day. he inspected our attic and traced the leak back to the upstairs water heater. he explained the options and we decided to go with the water heater he kept stocked on his truck. he brought it in and got it up the stairs quickly and with no help needed from us. he worked quickly and it was so obvious he had done this many times before. he worked efficiently and was generous with his knowledge that might help us help ourselves with other home projects. I thought the bill was pretty steep, but we had hot water that night and no leaks!

I had to call him back regarding the nozzle on my sink still being loose. He seemed annoyed that he had to come back. The work that he did on my commode was good. I probably wouldn't use him again in the future.

We were happy with their work and recommend them. Since we moved from our previous location, we will not use this company again.
